The Change Portfolio Manager(s) play a crucial role in ensuring that staff members embrace the change. They ensure that change for their portfolio of regions is implemented on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborating with management to gather and analyse operational information.
• Preparing change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.
• Evaluating cost structures and budgetary impact of the proposed changes.
• Consulting with staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
• Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
• Assisting with the restructuring of the staff component to optimize the effective implementation of the project.
• Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
• Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant fields.
• Minimally 5 years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
• Proficiency in business management, analytics, and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting.

Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Application Support to assist with the the dialysis machines’ middleware (termed RPOC – Renal Point of Care). As of this writing, our client has 3 brands of dialysis machines, namely Fresenius, BBraun and Nipro. Each of these brands has their own system. System training will be provided for the application support staffs.

Programming (development) is not required but staff with such experience would be able to learn/support the systems better. In the case where staff is keen on honing his/her development skills, it is possible for our client to assign some development work to expand staff’s work experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Primary support: Manning of support emails/calls, ascertain problem scenarios.
• Vendor escalation: Including performing the witness role to vendors’ access to system.
• Coordination with infrastructure team for server access.
• Master data setup.
• Support on user setup/access (application side): Include working with infrastructure User Admin team to ensure user logon successfully.
• Participate/coordinate during new DC setup.
• Due to long operation hours of dialysis centres, application support are expected to perform system maintenance during off operation hours e.g. 11pm. While such maintenance is driven by vendors, support staff is required to facilitate. Remote/VPN/WFH will be adopted wherever possible for such scenario.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT Support.

• DC Operating Hours – Monday to Saturday
• From: 0700hrs to 2300hrs (except 2 Nocturnal DC operate through the night)

• Application Support Hours (follows HQ working hours) – Monday to Friday
• From: 0830hrs to 1800hrs

• Saturday to Sunday or Off Office Hours
• From: When required, upon escalation from IT Helpdesk Team
