BROAD FUNCTION:

• To ensure all products are loaded and organized into the respecting loading and storage area within the set time frame .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To operate forklifts or other hand truck to transfer materials between unloading, processing, loading, and storage areas.
• Performing routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working of forklift equipment.
• Receiving, Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets. Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods. Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped.
• Responsible to ensure all quantity received from supplier or production are tallied with Delivery Order or Pallet Tag and cleared with approval from QC.
• Responsible to issue materials for production according to store issue note and to check all delivery quantity following PO and DO.
• Organizing and securing all type of stored Raw Materials and Finish Goods.
• Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Weighing products or materials, and recording weight and further production information on labels and tags.
• Consulting, working, and coordinating with supervisors, managers, and colleagues regarding unloading and loading operations.
• Wrapping material loads with a wrapper and making clean the warehouse premises all the times.
• Perform cycle counts as required (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)
• Adhere to quality and service standards set forth by the company
• Performing other duties as allotted by a manager or supervisor.
• Responsible to ensuring the safety of all staff within the facility when operate the forklift.

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Store management / Logistics (With training certificate from competent certification from NIOSH or relevant authority.

Job Description:
1. Local Customer Service functions include:

Job Description:

Responsible for timely daily shipment order execution and order management related duties. The role involves booking and shipment coordination, liaising with various stake holders for warehousing and transportation, shipping document preparation, and regulatory custom and trade compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and process local and overseas air, sea, and road shipment:
- Co-ordinate with customers and suppliers for import and outbound shipping instructions

- Negotiate freight charges and rates with forwarders/packers for approval

- Review draft Letter of Credit and process/advise sales on the opening of Letter of Credit

Verify and process logistic invoices & payment requests
Process and send Tax invoices to customers via email or customers’ portal
Review inventory holding, backlog and follow up on overdue billing.
Prepare COO documents and submit to Chamber of Commerce for processing
Attend to statutory and compliance audit (ISO Audit, Internal Audit, J-SOX Audit & Singapore Custom Audit)
Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness and make sure orders are processed incompliance to order entry procedures and export control compliance, etc

Job Requirement
