Job Function

Perform import arrangement and administrative activity to ensure effective and efficient logistic function.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate wisely with related PIC (Purchasing, Sales, and Forwarding agent).
• Arrange import booking for truck/container incoming item.
• Email shipping document to forwarding agent for incoming planning schedule.
• Follow-up incoming import status with forwarding agent.
• Perform Onboard & MIRO of trading item in SAP.
• Perform acceptance of trading item in Infor system.
• Compile and maintain records of import documentation.
• To participate company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc.) as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must be computer literate.
• Willing to work for 6 months contract.

BROAD FUNCTION:

• To ensure effective ensure management of all spare parts are accounted and the issuance of spare parts are monitored and recorded   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine safety stock for spare parts lubricants, chemicals and productive auxiliary materials and controlling stock to reduce costs without affecting operation.
• Ensure the physical reception of materials into the Spare Parts Warehouse also input data into both CPMS software and SAP.
• Responsible to verify for the accuracy of the items and number of spare parts received and to report to Receiving Warehouse any inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure spare parts in clean condition, stored in the best way to ensure clean and functional.
• Provide for the purchase of spare parts , primarily in support of the operation at the most competitive cost, best possible quality and most timely delivery always in strict compliance to Company Policy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate or Diploma/Certificate Inventory Management  
• 6-month contract work
•  Minimum 2 ~ 3 year of experience preferably in Manufacturing  
• Computer Literate.
• Good analytical skills and proactive.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Able to work under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to handle full set of account
• To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
• Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.
• Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.
• Provide administration support.
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ “O” Level, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum working experience as Account & Admin Executive shall be 5 years and above.
• Required skill(s): SQL Accounting & MS Office – will be an added advantage
• Computer literate is required skill for this position.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Office hour is from 10am to 4pm and lunch is provided.
