Job Requirement:

• Provide Hardware and Software support both locally and remotely and escalating appropriately.

We are looking for a person to join our Corporate Communications department for a year as a senior executive, with key responsibilities in writing and external comms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing press releases for Allianz Malaysia on company initiatives and collaborations, generic as well as ad hoc request for press releases.
• Writing speeches for CEOs or senior management when required
  Crafting messages for external publicatons/programmes involving collaborations, sponsorships or campaigns
• Overseeing and managing the production of the Fund Performance Report
• To collate and distribute Daily News Clippings to senior management.
• To perform copy checking of collaterals, internal requests from relevant departments
• To provide write ups and industry updates for Malaysian German Chamber of Commerce, Malaysian Insurance Directory, Asian Insurance Directory and industry association updates.
• Take on ad hoc writing jobs and projects assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in BM and English, spoken & written.
• Preferably with 5 years or more writing experience in corporate and business writing.

SUMMARY

We are looking for a person to join our Corporate Communications department on a 6 months contract as an executive, with key responsibilities in internal communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish an internal communication strategy and ensure staff engagement on all company’s corporate initiatives to ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to all internal stakeholders.
• To plan and execute annual company town halls and assist with communication on regional events to internal stakeholders
• To plan, edit and write content and execute all communication to internal stakeholders on announcements by company (eg. monthly newsletter, product launches, announcements, corporate events and campaigns, forums, signing ceremonies, ad hoc, etc. requests)
• To plan and execute giveaways for internal campaigns, events for staff nationwide.
• To assist with content on intranet platforms on all company initiatives.
• To assist colleague in internal communications team to draft messages, prepare presentations, forewords for senior management for publications, souvenir programs, etc. where needed.
• Translation and Proofreading (English-BM-English). To assist department with translation/proofreading of marketing materials, press releases and news clippings.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken & written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Have a keen interest in coming up with creative content and a keen eye for detail

Job Summary:

Perform operational routines in the areas of help desk services in customer support and assist superior in the administration of billing process and customer database.

Responsibility:

·      Carry out meter calling/ reading and billing of Rental/ TGS accounts to ensure complete coverage, and correct and accurate billing.

·      Correct meter reading through various method (call, email, SMS, CSRC, etc.). Monitor customer's usage and identify inconsistencies to ensure billing accuracy.

·      Update meter reading and process billing accurately and in a timely manner by sending tax invoices to customers.

·      Submit credit note for any inaccurate billing.

·      Compare and analyse customers' usage pattern and prepare billing report to immediate superior/ manager.

·      Maintain accurate customer master data to ensure data related to billing in the system are accurate.

·      File all relevant documents as per Company's requirement.

·      Attend to internal and external customers' inquiries about billings and any other matters concerning to Customer Support Department.

·      Provide regular feedback to management on recommendation for continuous improvement.

·      Assist Superior in any aspects relating to billing of Customer Support Operations

·      Liaising with other relevant departments in follow-up actions for matters relating to Billing.

• Review quality assurance standrads, studies existing policies and procedures to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program.
• Review implementation and technicial problems and procedures of departments and recommend solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
• Suggest alternative methods and procedures in solving problems and  meeting changing market opportunities.
• Audits work processes activities to verify conformance of activities to  quality assurance standards.
• Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing  quality assurance findings.

• Conduct QA Awareness Training for effective implementation of QMS and conducting training and education on safety and health.
• Performs OSH audit and ensures workplace safety and health in compliance with OSH legislation.

• Monitor and follow-up on hazard reports and recommend action.
• Conduct IT audits as and when needed.
• Act as Deputy MR in the absence of the QMR.
