Responsibilities :
• Responsible for overall project management including but not limited not to planning, coordination, implementation, execution and successful completion of project.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for handover of properties to purchasers satisfactorily and post completion matters.
• Liaison with the relevant authorities to obtain approvals timely.
• Conduct design reviews, closely monitor and coordinate with consultants on their deliverables. Resolve all technical issues.
• Manage all aspects of the contract and construction progress.
• Manage activities of site personnel to ensure project delivered on schedule and within quality and budget expectation.
• Review of legal documentations such as SPA, DMC, etc. and resolve relevant legal matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Specialists, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution
• Provide regular reports and feedbacks to the management timely
Requirements :
• Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of working experience in property development industry / related fields
• Excellent knowledge of relevant Acts and authority guidelines governing property development.
• Completed the construction of a high-rise building project from beginning till the end
• High level of initiative, hands-on and able to work independently
• Good networking and communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Able to work under high challenging environment independently.
• Good leadership and meticulous in driving high standards of work.
• Strong command in languages.
