The Audit Manager is responsible to Performing audits in the Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) region and be the data analytics champion.

You'll be responsible for:

• Audit managers are responsible for the planning and the execution of audits. They are also expected to lead closing meetings with auditees and senior management, including finalisation of audit report with management feedback.
• As managers, they are expected to lead and guide the audit team during audits and in the execution of projects relating to the regional harmonisation of the internal audit function.
• The role would also include defining and the roll-out of regional harmonisation initiatives (including the adoption of best practices), supporting Chief Audit Executive (CAEs) on audit-related questions, and performing quality assurance reviews on local audit teams and monitoring the development in the assigned operating entity (OEs).
• They are also expected to be in charge of the Regional Data Analytics projects.

Requirements

  With relevant internal/external audit experience in the industry will also be considered.
• Relevant certifications, e.g., CIA, CISA, or CISSP would be an added advantage.
• The role includes approximately 20% travel within Asia Pacific. As such, other than English, fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or Thai will be an added advantage.

Key Requirements

• Possess good knowledge and solid experience in areas of conduct of business, corporate governance, regulatory risk and regulatory change.
• Holds relevant tertiary education degrees/papers. Possession of related professional qualifications will be an advantage.

Project planning, develop value propositions and implement the development of DE Rantau programme:

• Liaise with manufacturers and ingredient suppliers to formulate products - health supplement & functional food.
• Work with brand and marketing agency for finished product.
• Responsible for market research, project management, and coordination.
• Service and develop relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Expand market share and explore new business opportunities.
• Registration of new products, renewal of current product licenses, and obtaining HSA licenses for marketing activities, i.e. packaging change, text on banners & poster.
• To maintain regulatory documentation and submission with HSA.
• To maintain Product Registration, Medical information databases, and scientific training when required.
• Conduct research and generate technical product information for sales & marketing purposes.
• To support new product development, regulatory-related projects, and helping sales/marketing whenever the need arises.
• Handle phone calls, email inquiries, and feedback.
• Handle Quality Check related issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties deem fit by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science / Pharmaceutical Science with min of 5 years working experience
• Experience in the healthcare/FMCG industry will be advantageous.
• Self-starter & Independent
• Meticulous, with good organizational skills
• Proven product development experience
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
