Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the IT consultant
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks of clients 'company.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex problems to the IT Technician
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Respond to user support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of software licenses and hardware inventory
- Perform routine software and security updates
Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Mandarin
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

Working Hour : Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
