Responsibilities:

• Store Opening: Ensure store cleanliness and report opening cash, ensure up-to-date price tags are displayed, set daily sales targets using sales logs, and monitor CCTV positioning.
• Security Management: Implement theft prevention measures for external and internal theft, conduct bag checks, and ensure adherence to proper cash management procedures.
• Daily Operations: Generate daily KPI reports and submit daily inventory reports 10 minutes before store closure.
• Store Closing: Perform housekeeping tasks, report on closing sales, and handle banking cash with reporting to the Operations Manager

• Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Join The SGFR Store as we expand to West Singapore!

We're the trendiest candy and snacks store, importing goodies from the US and UK. We are looking for Store Managers to oversee our stores as we build a dynamic, fun, and cheerful team.

Your Role is to manage and overlook a team of Retail Sales Assistants and work with a team to ensure that your Store;

1. Meets the sales targets and required KPI's
2. Provides professional customer service
3. Is kept clean at all times
4. Ensure that stocks are visually well-merchandised and sufficiently replenished.
5. Provides sales forecasting
6. Assisting Store Managers with their Store Sales and finding ways to improve them,

Responsibilities:

• Able to lead and motivate team members
• Able to communicate with children, teenagers etc
• Cashiering and attending to customers' enquiries
• Assist in stocktake, ordering and receiving stocks
• Display merchandise
• Hiring and managing retail staff
• Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations

Working Arrangement

Our store is open every day from 11 am to 8 pm including holidays. You will be given 2 off days a week.
