Job Descriptions:

Conduct daily checks in the blocks/units

Handing/Taking over units from/to tenants

Attend and collect check-in forms for new arrivals

Verify the particulars of new arrivals

Conduct briefing on house rules to new arrivals

Daily collection of passes from security for updating

Update daily accommodation statue

Administrative duties such as filings and submitting monthly reports to HQ

Oversee online systems

Attend to company request and handle workers’ problems

Co-ordinate vehicles and bicycles parking

Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

Min 1 year experience in dormitory management
