Salary:

• up to $6400 + bonus

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holder
• At least 5 years of experience in contact centre or similar environment
• At least 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Good people management skills and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with customer service metrics and strong customer - fronting and communication skill
• Knowledge in CRM and telephony systems
• Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Change management and stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

• To manage and maintain operational standards of the dedicated building services centre located at Tengah.
• Prepare Centralised Cooling Systems (CCS) welcome pack with accessories for residents.
• To be first point of contact for walk-in residents at TBSC and hand over the welcome pack residents.
• Point out selected clauses of the Supply Agreement to the resident.
• Guide customers to look out for the emergency and safety information in the support kit.
• Stock takes the number of FCU remote controllers received for per CCS resident and report accordingly.
• Record the issuance of welcome packs and update the information via share-point daily at the end of the day.
• Manage Tengah CCS residents’ enquiries and complaints accordingly, when necessary to escalate to the relevant parties or supervisors
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
