At Stile, we have a key mission – to help teach scientific literacy skills. Currently, over 1,000 schools, 1,500,000 students and 52,000 teachers around the world use Stile. From designing investigations to critically evaluating media statements, we want to equip our future citizens with the scientific literacy to confidently participate in public discourse around the ethics and social impacts of scientific issues.
We create world-class resources for science teachers (whom we call superheroes because… they are). Our resources (videos, lesson plans, questions, simulations, activities, and more!) spark excitement and curiosity in every student.
That's why we need your help! We’re looking for a creative, organised and determined person to support our content team in the crafting and publishing of our world-class science resources. As a Science Content Coordinator, you'll be working closely with the science content team, design team and engineering teams to assist in the creation, rollout, and maintenance of our suite of digital and print products. You'll oversee updates and reprints of our print product, co-ordinate regular releases of our digital products, and liaise with student testers and teachers, subject matter experts and career profilists to ensure our resources are bullet-proof before they get into the classroom.
We're passionate about giving students the best science education ever and we hope you are too. Ultimately, we're looking for people who love science and want to be an important part of communicating it to everyone.
You'll be someone with an eye for detail who relishes spinning plates in a supportive and collaborative environment and takes pride in being part of an outstanding team of science nerds. Sound interesting?
If so, please read below to find out more about what's in it for you. You can also read about the role's responsibilities in further detail.
If you'd like to apply, please send us your CV and a cover letter (no more than a page or two) explaining why you're going to smash this role out of the park. Include a paragraph on which Behaviours of an Effective Stile-ist most resonate with you or which you disagree with and why. Address your letter to Clare Feeney and submit both documents through the apply for this job link below.
Please note if your application does not include a cover letter it will not be considered.

Stile is all about two things:
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team. This is a newly created role that will report to one of Stile’s two Co-CEOs.
About Stile
At Stile, we create world-class resources for science teachers. We call them superheroes… because they are. Our resources (think videos, lesson plans, questions, simulations, activities and more!) spark excitement and curiosity in every student. We’re all about getting kids thinking critically about the world around them and make evidence-based decisions for themselves and for their community. Have a read of our ‘why’ and find out what it’s like working with 'Our Team’ for more information.
In Australia, over 400,000 secondary students are learning science with Stile, but we want to double that. Tens of thousands more do the same in the United States, but we’re aiming for hundreds of thousands. That’s quite some reach, and it’s a responsibility we take very seriously.
The Stile team is made up of 70 incredible teachers, scientists, artists, and engineers who genuinely care about, and are working towards, improving scientific literacy amongst our young citizens. We have an in-house team of designers, videographers and illustrators, and are ready to expand our marketing team.
That’s where you come in!
About the role
As the Head of Marketing, it won’t come as a surprise that you’ll be responsible for all things brand and marketing. As a collaborative, analytical, creative, you’ll be excited to grab the reins of this opportunity to shape our growing global brand and to build experiences to engage teachers, leaders, parents and government.
In Australia, your job is to elevate science education in the minds of parents and education leaders. It’s time we got serious about science – our future as a nation depends on it. In the USA, our refreshing, modern approach will need to cut through in an established, crowded market.
