Job Purpose

Lead and manage the facilities management duties across multiple sites to provide a fiscally responsible facilities and facilities related services and systems to its internal and external stakeholders. To ensure an effective, efficient and safe office environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operations

• Lead and supervise the management of property and facilities of all SRC premises.

1. Administration

• Assist Reporting Officer in managing the facilities management portion of the Administration budget and to ensure that it is within its budgetary limits.

4. People Management

• Assist in the development of support staff’s level of competence to ensure that they remain continually relevant in meeting individual and corporate goals.

5. Fleet Management

Engagement of chaperones to accompany seniors from their doorstep to scheduled medical appointments and back home safely.

About MCT:

Provides company for frail seniors who have been missing their essential medical appointments because of the hefty fees, and lack of assistance to and fro the treatments during weekdays.

Job Description:

Accompany seniors from their home to scheduled medical appointments, and back home safely. Transportation fee for chaperone and senior will be covered from senior's home to the medical appointment and back.

Requirements:

• 18 years old and above.
• Must be available on Weekdays: Appointments may start as early as 9AM, as such, chaperone is required to be at the senior's home as early as 815AM. Each appointment will usually take 4 hours.
• Able to start immediately: Chaperone is required to make a trip down to SRC's office for interview and signing of a contract for service.
• A commitment of at least six months is preferred but not compulsory.

Expected Payout:

$400 - $700/month, depending on the number of appointments a chaperone takes on.

The social work team provides a critical communication link between the Home and our resident’s next of kin. JOB PURPOSE

● Coordinates and manages the full spectrum of pre-course and post-course administration of public registration in priority for the CFALS, including the logistical and delivery requirements.

● Building relationships with existing and potential public learners to ensure their training needs are met.

● Achieving excellent service delivery with our existing and potential public learners in SRCA’s training and consultancy services.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operations

1.1. Respond to public customer requests and inquiries via phone, email and other sources.

1.2. Focal Person and coordinates training activities and training administration for public course runs.

1.3. Manage training administration such as course registration, feedback, systems administration, logistics and classrooms arrangement and any other administrative duties for public course schedule runs.

1.4. Communicates with assigned course instructors of training details such as reporting venue and collection of training logistics and examination folders.

1.5. Handles the post-course and/or workshops administration such as ensuring course fees payment, printing certificates and maintaining up-to-date training and issuance records.

1.6. Compiles and submit assessment results and statistics to relevant authorities.

1.7. Submits & processes claims application for SSG funded courses under public course runs.

2. Any Other Duties

2.1. Performs basic office, classroom cleaning and maintenance.

2.2. Manages the FSM/SDU points system with SCDF/SISO.

2.3. To fulfill and maintain compliance to the PDPA requirements.

2.4. To fulfill and maintain compliance to the SRFAC requirements.

2.5. To fulfill and maintain compliance to the ISO 29993:2017 requirements.

JOB SPECIFICATION

3. General Qualities and Qualifications of Applicants

3.1. Diploma in any discipline, preferably with more than 1-year experience in service or educational industries.

3.2. Must be computer literate and be competent in Microsoft Office / Google applications.

3.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels.

3.4. Organized and sensitive to small details.

3.5. Analytical, motivated and positive personality.

4. Working Hours

4.1. Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)

4.2. Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm (half day, no more than twice a month)

4.3. Time-Offs: If scheduled to work on weekends, appropriate time-offs will be given to rest on weekdays.

5. Additional skills and knowledge

5.1. Good command of both spoken and written English.

5.2. Knowledge of TPG/SSG/SDF/SFC is highly advantageous.
