7. Support the formulation and implementation of the various innovation programmes and initiatives under AMII Priority Areas such as culture building and developing, human capital co-development and test bedding, adoption and scaling, as well as emerging technologies and data.
8. Support the organisation of various engagement forums to promote the innovation culture and bring together different stakeholders for potential collaboration opportunities.
9. Support the department in the execution of strategic plans and business process innovation as well as communication of projects to stakeholders.
10. Provide secretariat support during innovation strategy related workgroup meetings, senior management and any other assigned meetings to drive the implementation of projects.
11. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of Department (HOD) and/or supervisor.

You will support the functions of the Healthcare Translation Partnership (HTP) programme Joint Partnership Office, and your job responsibilities include:

1. Schedule, prepare and disseminate the publicity emails and materials for the launch of the HTP programme grant calls.
2. Adhere to and execute the grant evaluation processes to ensure fairness in the award of the funding to the worthy HTP projects.
3. Ensure timely awarding of funding and completion of the grant call.
4. Post-award monitoring of the HTP funded projects to track their fulfilment of the milestones and deliverables, including project management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate progress and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved at working level to the Leads of the HTP programme.

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital is the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists first formally recognised overseas training centre in this region for their overseas Subspecialty Training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine (RCOG MFM SST).

Job Description

This is a 2-year subspecialty specialist training programme. The successful trainee will spend the 1st year training in the hospitals of the SingHealth cluster at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Singapore General Hospital. This will be followed by a 2nd year training at hospitals under Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s Hospital and Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital) as well as King’s College Hospital. The trainee will be exposed to and trained in all the subspecialties of high-risk Obstetrics, medical complications of pregnancy and fetal medicine and fetal therapy. The trainee will benefit from being exposed to the large critical mass and multi-disciplinary specialists both in Singapore and London, United Kingdom.

This training post will commence on the 1 October 2024 in Singapore and the 2nd year will be in London, United Kingdom. At the end of these 2 years of training, the successful trainee will be a fully accredited RCOG Subspecialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine.

By the time of the closing date of the application, the eligibility criteria for application will include:

• At least 2 years of active clinical practice as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Registered with Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and Specialists Accreditation Board (SAB)
• Equipped with MRCOG postgraduate qualification

As the Manager with SingHealth's Call Centre Shared Service, ensuring that SingHealth’s call centres remain accessible to patients is key. You will be tasked to drive innovation and digitalisation, review current processes, as well as propose and operationalise strategic initiatives to improve and sustain call centre performance. You will be involved in analysing patient feedback and workload trends as part of quality improvement and performance management in the call centres to ensure excellent customer service is delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for keeping call centre team members engaged and motivated through initiatives that will bring joy at work. Requirements:

As a transplant coordinator, you are able to impact the lives of our patients and their families. You are required to identify potential donors from the pool of brain death and cardiac death in SingHealth hospitals. You will be part of the multidisciplinary team alongside the patients during their transplant journeys within our transplant programs in SingHealth. You will also support the Organ Donation Oversight Committee as a transplant advocate and assist in organ donation initiatives to create awareness to internal and external stakeholders.

You will acquire clinical knowledge (medical, surgical, human physiology and organ tissue-cell specific anatomies), be familiar with common ailments and chronic diseases and be well-versed with legislations that permit organ donation. You are required to order and understand basic interpretation of diagnostics and laboratory tests. You will perform on-call duties on a rotational basis to support the organ donation and transplant programmes.

You will also be trained to deliver care to more than one transplant program to support the strategic goals of SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre (SDTC) and be responsible to provide follow-up, education and care across the continuum from pre-transplant and post- transplant in accordance to established protocols and guidelines. This includes performing the preservation and storage of cadavers, planning of the disposal or cremation of used specimens, and managing the Body Donation Programme. You will assist in planning, managing and providing both logistical and technical support for clinical skills workshops and stakeholders/clients. You will also play a crucial role in client relationship management by being involved in implementing new initiatives with industry and academic partners.

You will handle human cadavers, animal specimens and manage the human cadaver repository for medical education training and research workshops. The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities at the SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of CPHRI’s various programmes and support the operations of the centre. You will also support the conceptualisation of research and prepare grant proposals. This includes administering and managing the SingHealth Regional Health System centre grant, external funded grants and research grants awarded to CPHRI.

You will oversee research compliance and data governance as well as prepare papers, reports and other documents to update the funders, SingHealth management and other external stakeholders as required. You will be supervising and coaching junior staff. You will plan, organise and manage events such as scientific symposiums, training workshops and other related activities.
