Our client is looking for a full time HR admin to join their team. This role will suit someone who has some exposure to HR and recruitment and looking to progress in their career.
This role will have a strong focus on their blue collar recruitment within the company. Located on the Northern Gold Coast.

Key responsibilities -

Assist with end to end recruitment - advertising, phone screening, interviews and employee offers for all roles including head office and blue collar roles
Assist with new employee life cycle - new employee induction, on boarding and payroll documentation
General HR support where required
Assist with new employee and payroll documentation.
Assist with the apprentice program and provide ongoing support to apprentices
General admin and reception duties when required

Ideally you will have

Strong admin skills
Experience in recruitment and HR admin or a passion for this industry
Blue collar recruitment highly regarded
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of the end to end recruitment process
A people person

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in spare parts enquiries or internal sales as you will be the first point of contact for clients within the manufacturing & construction industry.

Key Duties

Assist with spare parts enquiries - interpret parts lists, and the manuals ensuring customers enquiries are met
Answering phone calls and emails
Provide quotes and process the payments and invoices
Keep track of distribution or products
Build rapport with internal and external stakeholder to generate repeat business opportunities
General administration


About you

Previous experience in a similar role - someone who understands spare parts
Previous experience using multiple CRM systems is beneficial
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong relationship building skills
Manufacturing background highly regarded

Randstad is recruiting for a full time Dispatch Administrator to join an expanding team on the Gold Coast.
To be considered for this role we are looking for someone that is an experienced administrator. And ideally looking for someone who has experience within dispatch admin. Joining the logistics and warehousing team, you will play an integral part coordinating freight within the company.
This is a great opportunity to work within an expanding National company that prioritises their employees and growth within the company.

Key responsibilities -

General customer service and administration
Coordinating freight and shipments
Liaising with customers and contractors, booking in transport and prepare transport documentation
Ensure all goods are labelled correctly before being dispatched
Stock take when required
Ensure all paperwork is signed off including completed transport documents and sent off to the correct departments


Ideally you will have -

Experience within dispatch administration is highly desirable
Familiar within a warehouse environment desirable
High attention to detail is essential
Outstanding customer service
Forklift license.. Or willing to obtain one
