Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and the teams to verify the ongoing training platform performance
• Work directly with franchisees from all brands to ensure training material is updated and relevant
• Collect feedback regularly to evaluate, improve, and fix any issues within training content and training platform
• Work closely with the International Training team and training vendor partners within various projects
• Set up training content for new countries' entries
• Continuously learn about the platform, training processes, system, and client's brands
• Ability to travel if required

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Very good computer skills (skilled with Microsoft applications such as Excel is a must)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in interacting with external people (customers, suppliers, etc)
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers/franchisees at all times
• Experience in training/coaching content development
• Good in English, both spoken and written
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2-4 years Training experience
• 2-4 years of experience working in an international role is preferable

• Conduct external audits and training in accordance with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SS444, SS590, HACCP standards.
• Assist in promoting certification services and support client management.

Specific requirements:

• Responsible for audit planning, proper execution of external audits, compliance and system reviews.
• Carry out and lead food-related audits for companies in various industries in accordance with ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SS444, SS590 and HACCP standards.
• Conduct training under his/her specialised field.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients.
• Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes a shared commitment to excellence for achieving the company’s quality, client service, people and financial objectives.
• Assist in promoting certification services and support client management.

Requirements:

• Possess 3 to 5 years of external audit experience in the food or related industry including at least 2 years in quality assurance or food safety functions in food production, manufacturing, retailing, inspection, enforcement or the equivalent.
• Degree in Food-related, Bio-Science or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in R&D, Manufacturing and/or QA in relevant industries.
• Added advantage to have knowledge of relevant Food Regulatory requirement.
• Added advantage to have a recognised FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Course and 2 days HACCP course with exam.
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients.

Scheduling of Auditors, handle client's change and auditors schedule updating

Specific responsibilities:

General

• Attend to client's enquiries
• Retrieve phone mail message

Scheduling

• Identify jobs due for surveillance
• Confirm no outstanding invoice before scheduling
• Raise suspension form (If delay); obtain approval for suspensions raised and update CertNet
• Liaison with TE/Subcon & handle related letters & approvals, including arranging for payment
• Schedule Auditor jobs- initial, surveillance, renewal and training
• Coordinate with clients for submission of QM/QP (if off-site)
• Arrange pass for jobs in Jurong Island
• Send confirmation to client- initial, renewal, surveillance
• Arrange ferry tickets to Batam/Bintan and Malaysia (If required)
• Liaise with Affiliates for affiliates job

Auditor Schedule Update

• Update allocated auditor on CertNet
• Update CertNet on Auditor Schedule (weekly)
• Update CertNet (Change in contact/address,etc

Monthly Reporting

• Comment on Overdue Schedule, Concession, Suspension report
• Update H-drive surveillance figure
• Auditor Utilization report

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Management or related fields
• Min 2 years of administration duties
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Able to work independently
• Able to have good customer service skills
• Hardworking, detail and meticulous
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Administration skills
• Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly report

• Conduct audit and training as per ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, SS444, SS590, HACCP
• Lead audit team when audits and conduct audit for initial and surveillance audit in a professional manner.
• Client Management and promotion of SGS services
• Ensure that SGS Procedures are followed for relevant product under their expertise.
• Provide market information to the management team on new market trend and business opportunities.
• To carry out customized audit as required by SGS business
• To carry out any additional task as required by Certification Manager
• Conduct training course under their specialty.
• Applies judgement and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in a food related or bio-science discipline, or successful completion of a food related or bio-science higher education course or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the food or associated industry including at least 2 years full time work in Quality Assurance or food safety functions in food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection or enforcement or the equivalent.
• 5 years full time working experience in R&D, Manufacturing and/or QA in relevant industries.
• Preferable with prior auditing experience.
• Added advantage to have knowledge of relevant Food Regulatory requirement.
• Added advantage to have recognised ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Course.
• Good communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Acts quickly and decisively.
