Role Summary
We are looking for a Transaction Management – Vice President to join our dynamic and high performing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Commercial (APAC), key deliverables for this role would include transaction management and execution, evaluation, structuring, review of new deals relating to private markets including private equity, private credit, private funds and alternative assets. The successful candidate should be adept in transaction management, cashflow modelling, financial analysis, strong understanding of real estate as security, trade financing and asset conversion cycles. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to excel in a fast paced environment to meet individual targets and contribute towards team goals.
Responsibilities
• Have strong execution and transaction management experience to bring a transaction/deal from inception to completion and manage ongoing transaction lifecycle events.
• Liaise with the clients on their proposed private equity, credit, fund listing and actively manage the analysis, onboarding & documentation for issuance and listing on the SDAX platform.
• Able to complete full credit and deal approval/investment committee submission and approval. In addition, adequate knowledge and experience co-ordinating post acceptance activities.
• Able to assess the performance of funds, conduct due diligence and onboard such funds/ fund manager as clients
• Build rapport and engage clients to ensure prompt follow-up of all sales leads.
• Conduct due diligence with a familiarity in KYC/AML onboarding of new clients.
• Co-ordinate with lawyers for facility and security documentation, where needed.
• Account monitoring of facilities for repayment, maturity, roll-over, etc.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system and any other periodic reporting and administrative matters.
Requirements
• Degree holder in banking, finance, accountancy, business administration or any other related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in banking or finance industry.
• Possess strong execution, analysis, transaction management, financial analysis and cashflow modelling skills.
• Meticulous and attention to detail.
• Experienced in structured financing with good grasp of quantitative analysis skills.
• Highly motivated with a drive towards delivery of KPIs.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to engage clients with effective presentation skills.
