Multi-Trade Operative

Chester

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Responsive team based in Chester. As part of the team, you will work alongside another Operative to complete refurbishment works to void properties and or responsive repairs on numerous sites across Chester and the North West region. You will also be expected to take part in the out of hours emergency service which does include additional payments.

We are looking for a candidate who is qualified and experienced in one of the following trades with proficiency in at least one other trade; joinery, plumbing or plastering. A company van will be provided along with company tools and the role will involve both team and lone working. There will be opportunities to receive additional on the job training to expand their existing skill base.

The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include:

- Attending occupied or void properties to carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance duties
- Resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
- Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking these when needed
- Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer


Skills and experiences:

- To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical. If Plumbing Level 3 is required, Unvented

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Responsive/Voids team, based in Essex. The role will involve working on repairs for both void and tenanted properties and will cover all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance. You would also be expected to carry out damp and mould treatments. The role is mainly lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as and when required. A company van and power tools included. Training will be provided as and when required.

The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include:

You will be responsible for ensuring the works undertaken by the planned maintenance teams are commercially viable, and effectively support the contract management of all capital and reinvestment projects within a geographical

The ideal candidate will have the ability and knowledge to estimate a variety of repairs and maintenance projects and ensure value for money across a high volume of orders. We have an opportunity for a Landscape Technician to join our team based in Liverpool. You will be responsible for the ground maintenance of numerous sites across the Northwest, ensuring that all outside spaces are in excellent condition. We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team based in Taunton and covering various sites across Somerset carrying out general grounds maintenance for a number of sheltered housing schemes. Other ad hoc duties including basic repairs and caretaking will also be required. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.

The role of Estate Technician will include:

- Undertaking grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, pruning, weed/moss treatment

Skills and experiences:

We have an opportunity for a Caretaker to join our Estate Services team, based in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Caretaker you will be responsible for carrying out an excellent caretaking service which will involve Grounds maintenance, Cleaning, collecting fly tipping, gutter cleaning, void clean and clears, fencing and paving repairs and Landscaping. The role will involve working in a team of 2, however you will join a wider team of Caretakers and when required. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high quality services, demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and high levels of customer service.

The role of Caretaker will include:

- Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning communal areas such as stairs, doors and windows and removing bulk waste
- Grounds maintenance tasks to include litter picking and general upkeep
- Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
- Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed

Skills and experiences:

The role of Mobile Caretaker will involve lone working and you will have a company van for business use only.

The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:

We’re looking for an Electrician to join our smoke detector project/EICR team in the North London area where you will be implementing fire detection devices and EICR work to our occupied properties across the regions. Joining a national team you will primarily be a lone worker with varied responsibilities. The role of Electrician will include:

- Inspecting and testing of occupied properties and completing any remedials required, ensuring safety and compliance,

We have a great opportunity for several Multi-Trade Operatives with core skill being carpentry and plumbing to join our Planned Maintenance team, based in Essex. The role will involve working on repairs for both void and tenanted properties and will cover all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance including the installation of new Kitchens, Bathrooms, low level access shower, fencing and installation of new UPVC Doors & Windows.
