The Manager of Consumer Electronics (CE) Paid Care will be supporting to develop customer care programs, evaluate competition and refine Samsung Care+ products offerings to maximize benefit to consumers as well as internal and external channel partners such as developing go-to-market strategies, identifying opportunities to expand and grow the portfolio of Care products, and drive customer loyalty and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience working in warranty, partner management, store operations, P&L management, and/or retail strategy strongly preferred
Excellent time management and organization capabilities and the ability to work well under pressure
Previous experience in a role where relationship management and collaboration skills (internal & external) were critical to success
Strong research, documentation, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
