Saga are recruiting for a Lead Data Strategy Analyst to directly manage a team of analysts. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Director of Analytics & Decision Science, working across innovative data projects to help evolve and scope out the data strategy across all Saga brands.
Our Lead Data Analyst at Saga plays a pivotal role in shaping the data strategy. You will be key to mentoring a team of talented data analysts and driving the development of analytics solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to harness the power of data to extract meaningful insights, inform strategic decisions, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation using machine learning and statistical techniques.

As our Third Party Claims Customer Experience Executive you will work within the Commercial team driving continuous improvement of customer outcome at claims stage, both cross-functionally and with underwriters.
You will ensure customers consistently receive the best outcome when making a claim. You will start by drawing claims customer experience best-practice and poor outcome trends from existing reporting and complement this view with feedback from colleagues and customers through call listening and verbatim comments.
