We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join the REIT Manager. You will be at the forefront of communications for the REIT and will gain exposure to various areas within the real estate and financial service industries.

Responsibilities:

Develop, write and contribute content for media, corporate activities, corporate publications, financial presentations and tenant communications

Provide and update content on online platforms

Plan, execute and provide logistic support for events and activities relating to corporate and community relations activities

Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

Assist with other administrative assignments such as liaison with teams on administrative, publicity, IT or other matters

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma preferably in mass communications, public relations, journalism or business

At least a 2-year experience in corporate communications

Must be meticulous and have good organisation and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with online web tools for designing will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Support day to day accounting operation for accounts payable and receivable.

• Work closely with the AR team to understand customer billing and collection process

• Process and posting of AR related entries into accounting system· Handle customers enquires on payment related issues

• Ensure invoices from suppliers/inter-companies/staff claims are recorded accurately and timely into the financial system

• Check that invoices/expenses are properly authorised and process payment accordingly

• Recognise expenses in a timely, consistent basis in-line with accounting treatment

• Assists the team in the month end closing.

Qualification and requirements

Reporting to Asset Management Department, you shall maintain an efficient day to day operation of administrative duties on all matters relating to the Asset Management division.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maximising total return for the portfolio of properties assigned, including working with the property management & leasing department to improve occupancy, revenue (rental and other income) and reduce costs.
• Tenant & lease management of assigned portfolio of properties.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of management reports and board papers.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the SVP, Finance, you shall assist to ensure the set-up and effective running of finance operations. You are required to maintain the full sets of accounts of the intermediately holding companies to ensure effective implementation of financial controls. Other than the timely provision and analysis of financial reports, you will also be responsible for cash flow forecast and management, tax planning and computation, budgeting, and preparation of statutory accounts. Principal Duties:

• In charge of the Company’s financial and management reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions

Key Responsibilities: Report to the Leasing Manager, you shall maintain an efficient day-to-day operation of assigned properties and perform leasing functions under SPM and work closely with Asset Management Team.

Principle Duties:

· Marketing and leasing of a portfolio of industrial properties under SPM

o Formulate marketing and leasing strategies, negotiate and conclude leases (new, renewal)

o Prepare leasing documents

o Formulate and conduct market research on rental prices

o Manage tenant relationships, including and not limited to creating common platforms for gathering/dialogue sessions

o Work with external parties including government agencies and obtain necessary approvals for leasing

o Ensure leasing details are promptly and accurately captured in Yardi System

o Work with Property Management Team to ensure all partition/infrastructure works are properly executed (where necessary) and properly handed over to tenant/s

o Cold-calling prospective tenants

o Maintain proper emails and relevant ‘paper’ trails on all offers and negotiations on proposed terms
