- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget through proper change control processes, including assessing impacts, obtaining approvals, and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, technical drawings, and other relevant records, to ensure traceability and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Closeout and Handover: Coordinate the closeout process, including final inspections, documentation of lessons learned, and handover of deliverables to the client or end-users.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learned from completed projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future marine projects.
