Job Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite equipment installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of CCTV Systems, Door Access Systems, AutoGate System, Barriers and Intercom.
• Involve in projects implementation for installation and maintenance services related with CCTV Systems, Door Access Control Systems, Intercom, Auto Gate, Barrier.
• Layer of cables, piping and trunking.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Others ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with at least 1 year working experience.
• Preferably attended Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience on installation of auto-gate,barriers, CCTV, Card Access Control and Intercom systems.
• Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with the team, with minimum supervision
• To be available for service calls after office hours
• Processes a class 3 driving license

Job Description:

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations, i.e., Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Matters, Work Pass Renewal, Welfare, Career Development, HR Strategic Plans etc
• Support development of HR strategic mid-term plans and initiatives that support business needs
• Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits
• Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Oversee the full spectrum of employees’ lift cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment
• Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or equalvant field
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is required
• Positive and high initiative
• Candidates with experience in FINTECH is a bonus
• Able to commence work immediately is a plus

• Responsible for full set of accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation etc.) for a few entities.
• Perform daily accounting routine functions.
• Support on cash flow management, intercompany transactions, and settlement.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance reports to MAS.
• Assist in all tax and regulatory filing, audits, and company secretarial matters.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
• Work together with other teams to continuously improve the quality of financial reporting and automate internal operational processes.

Requirements:

• Related experience within Banking & Finance or Fintech industry is highly advantages.
• Experience with handling multiple entities.
