Responsible for executing the company projects in mechanical & electrical works in building construction which covers:

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of M & E works in HDB new build/ warehouse construction
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

• Prepare and vet tender documents which include drafting contracts/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders and awarding construction and procurement sub-contracts.
• Evaluate submissions and preparation on contract administration matters such as assessing contractor’s claims for variation works, extension of time, loss and expenses, final account and handling of contractual disputes.
• Assist Contracts Manager in contractual and costing matters such main contract interim progress claims, progress report, variation order and etc..
• Ensure compliance with appropriate tending and procurement procedures
• Assist in recommending and implementing innovative solutions and best practices on procurement and contract strategy and related functions.
• Assist in project cost control and objective preparation
• Drafting of projects correspondences pertaining to site issues

Job Requirements:

• Possess Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• About 1-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in HDB BTO/ Warehouse Projects will be preference

- Assist Senior handling full set of accounts, including AP and AR, journal entries and etc

- Assist in the monthly management reporting

- Monthly bank reconciliations

- Quarterly GST submission

- Assist in annual audit and tax matters

- Related parties billing and reconciliations

- Other add-hoc accounting related duties

• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings

· Requirements

• At least 3 years HDB or warehouse project working experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a senior role.
• Obtain BIM Certificates from BCA or recognised training institute
• Proficiency in REVIT is a MUST.
• Experience in BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk Revit (Architectural/Civil & Structural), Navisworks, AutoCAD , BENTLEY BIM , Civil 3D Design would be an advantage.

Job Description

Job Description

• Drives the delivery truck to transport products to project sites.
• Assist in incoming and outgoing activities (project materials/ documents).
• Ensure deliveries are duly acknowledged by Person-in-Charge.
• Pick-up and send workers to various sites.
• Ensure that the delivery truck is properly maintained and report all faculty and damaged equipment to the management and ensure good housekeeping standards in the respective work area.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Possess Class 4 or Class 5 Singapore driving license
• Familiar with Singapore roads
• Able to perform overtime when required

• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
• Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
