What will you be doing?

• Review business loan applications, evaluate credit rating and prepare loan recommendations to ascertain and mitigate credit risk.
• Analyse company documents, including credit reports and other financial information to assign credit ratings based on internal scoring models.
• Manage credit exposure and monitor portfolio performance to optimise for business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to establish efficient credit underwriting processes and workflows by keeping up with industry best practices.
• Regularly review and enhance the credit assessment framework and credit policy.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit risk management, preferably in Fintech or Banking industry.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, credit scoring models, and underwriting principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large and complex data sets.

This is a hybrid internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in graphic design. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling graphics for various channels, including:

• Social media posts: Develop engaging visuals that capture attention and tell our brand story.
• Infographics: Create informative and visually appealing infographics that effectively communicate complex data.
• eDMs (electronic direct mail): Design eye-catching eDMs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ad-hoc design tasks: Assist with additional design projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Generate creative concepts and develop visually appealing designs.
• Utilise design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a graphic design, visual communication, or related program (a plus).

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop narratives and content across various social media platforms.
• Research and develop engaging content on localised topics related to private credit.
• Monitor, track and report on industry trends/ news/ opportunities that the company can harness to increase brand awareness.
• Analyse marketing campaign results and effectiveness and propose solutions to optimise these initiatives.

What will you be doing?

• Define and refine the collections strategy, continuously initiate strategies in optimising debt collection and credit management activities to control delinquency and minimise credit losses.
• Responsible for all collection management activities such as telephone calls, emails, initiation of site visits and other necessary actions.
• Monitoring of loan accounts, follow up on payments, liaising with borrowers with any queries and apply negotiation strategies to ensure successful recovery of overdue payments.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to establish efficient collection processes and workflows by keeping up with industry best practices.
• Manage delinquent accounts, analyse and evaluate them to recommend appropriate courses of action, including liaising with external debt recovery service providers.
• Provide updates on all account status and collection efforts to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in collections – You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience either in banks or financial institutions as a collections officer. Having a good understanding of the collections process for retail and/or SMEs and working knowledge of legal recovery methods.
• Skilled in negotiation – You possess the ability to negotiate and persuade borrowers to make all payments required and ensure successful debt collection.
• Effective communicator – You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate to Management and all other stakeholders
• Self-driven - You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and achieve individual / team targets

• Work closely with key stakeholders to research and develop narratives and content on localised topics related to private credit.
• Conceptualise and develop integrated B2B marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and optimise sales performance across distribution channels.
• Implement growth and digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including search engine optimisation, social media, email and content marketing
• Analyse marketing campaign progress, insights, and key findings to provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor, track and stay up-to-date on industry trends, news and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and to increase brand awareness.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years’ of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms.
