The Manager – Partner Retail will strategically manage and promote sales culture within the given partner stores to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s, and profitability goals to position PUMA’s Partner Store to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world. This position also expected to execute business development activities that support PUMA’s core values, achieve set objectives, and promote PUMA brand standards. The main key areas of responsibilities as below:

1. Responsible for ensuring that sales target give for the year is achieved across the partner stores
2. Managing the partners in terms of store operations, taking care of their financial account management by measuring their account receivables and payables

YOUR MISSION

The Assistant Manager, Key Account supports the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing with respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives. The main job responsibilities are as below:

• To lead and drive the sales efforts with assigned Key Accounts. Segment all key customers according to the AP blueprint and allocate resources (time, people) according to financial objectives and segmentation framework (no of visits, VM support, order intake modus etc). 

• To lead the identification and development of new business opportunities in the key segment. Support the development and implementation of Key Excellence Mgmt by briefing and utilizing available selling tools and technologies eg Digital Catalogue, B2B Ordering tools

YOUR TALENT

• 2 to 3 of experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record
• Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals, demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top talent Associates as well as teams, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills

YOUR MISSION

• Monitors level 1 ticket queue and responds to the specific request
• Backup support for local IT support teams for supported countries
• Handle daily checklists for specific countries as provisioned or agreed upon with local country
• Effectively resolve tickets that are within scope
• Effectively redirect out-of-scope tickets to appropriate tier 2 team
• Monitoring responsibility for all open redirected tickets
• Answer technical support calls/emails and address the customer's technical support needs or handle / route accordingly
• Provide first-level technical support on basic operational or maintenance of a personal computers and / or peripheral using documented procedures and available tools
• Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls
• Escalate problems when unable to make proper determination
• Advise/educate customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
• Complete required product training modules on time to remain competent of current technology offerings
• Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.

YOUR TALENT

• Degree in information technology, computer science or relevant field a plus
• Understanding and experience in desktop functionality and concepts (PC and Mac)
• Previous experience in IT Support Services is preferred
• Fluency in oral and written communication in English
• Fluency in other languages such as Spanish, Japanese, Korean & Portuguese an advantage
• Ability to effectively articulate a problem and solution to a user
• Be resourceful, flexible and possesses excellent communication skills
• Capable of collaborating with multi-cultural environment
• Well-driven, motivated, team-oriented, can easily adapt to a very complex environment
• Amenable to work shifting work schedules
