Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and instrumentation equipment in buildings, construction sites, and properties.
- Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to design and implement electrical and instrumentation solutions.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

- Willing to be deployed on-site to client premises (within Singapore) as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician in the Process or Construction industry.

The job duties and responsibilities of this position are outlined below:

1. Processing monthly payroll accurately and timely with HRMS (Info Tech)

In order to qualify for this role, you will need to minimally have the following experience and qualifications:

2. Minimum 5 years experience in HR generalist setting in SME environment as HR Assistant or HR Officer
3. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, number crunching, and basic understanding, knowledge and application of HR data analytics
4. Experience in HRMS (Infotech) end to end payroll processing
5. Be able to work under tight deadlines, execute instructions and handle pressure as assigned by the manager
6. Able to work in our facility in Tuas (Singapore) for office hours

• Responsible for the full HR spectrum of strategic HR function in the company which includes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition & development, compensation & benefit, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, staff well-being & others HR related matters.
