How you'll make a difference?
In this role, you have the opportunity to evaluate, investigate, and resolve complaints while also analyzing complaint data and gathering additional information as needed. You will manage the complaint investigation process end-to-end. You will work with other teams in a collaborative environment to complete the end-to-end complaints process in a highly regulated environment.
What will your duties and responsibilities be?
The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.
Evaluate, investigate, track and complete complaints through effective and established complaint handling process.
Ensure accurate documentation of evaluation and investigation results with the assigned complaint records.
Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Support, Field personnel, and other appropriate groups for adequate initial evaluation of complaints.
Participate and collaborate objectively with productive conclusions in the Complaint Handling Unit meetings.
Coordinate with the reportable complaint investigators in providing any missing information for root cause activities.
Collaborate with Complaint Handling Unit for reportable complaints as well as CAPA Review Board for Correction and Removal process.
Assist in trending of complaints and collaborate with the appropriate groups to ensure that the data gets pushed to the appropriate departments for actions.
Support reviews and audits assigned.
Identify and drive process related improvements related to compliance and efficiency gains
Work with the Complaint Handling Supervisor for any other projects assigned.
What skills and experience will you need?
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.
Education/Certifications:
BS in engineering discipline or equivalent education, experience, training.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:
3+ years of experience in a medically regulated and technical environment. Experience with electrical components and/or medical device software is a plus.
Demonstrated strong results orientation.
Proficiency using statistical tools, office tools, and various other computer software applications.
Must be able to work under pressure to meet regulatory reporting time frames and company requirements.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with demonstrated ability to function independently and in a group environment.
Requires the proven ability to consistently meet and/or exceed goals. Must be capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time.

The Associate Territory Manager will partner with our Territory Manager to promote Orthofix products and services to achieve sales results at or above established quotas for total and individual product segments.
What will be your Duties and Responsibilities?

To assist Territory Managers in achieving sales results at or above established quotas for total and individual product segments.
To provide direct, personal and timely service, via a consultative approach, to physicians, podiatrists, patients, managed care or other payors, representing Orthofix in a professional and straight forward manner.
Additional responsibilities will include managing, directing, and assisting any authorized Orthofix distributor. Some shift in emphasis from calling on doctors to calling on payors is dictated by changes in the health care environment.
Supporting Territory Managers, accounts and patients within your geography.
Assist with patient fittings including the following activities:
Conduct educational meetings with patients and office staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
Discuss explanation of benefits and patient responsibilities.
Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
Field patient phone calls.
Collect and submit HIPPA covered information related to orders.
Regular attendance required.
What skills you'll need?
At least 1 year sales experience (business to business) with documented success.
Accredited sales training preferred.
An above average level of intelligence with a bachelor's degree preferred, an ability to articulate effectively showing poise, depth of thought and good judgment and decision making.
An ability to present to individuals or larger groups.
An exceptional level of technical competence with regard to product knowledge and surgical procedures.
An ability to effectively manage activities and development of a Sales Representative

The role of the Bone Growth Therapies Specialist is to focus on providing field training to Orthofix sales representatives and distributors on the use of and promotion of Orthofix’s Bone Growth Therapy devices to healthcare providers in clinic and office settings. The position is responsible for assisting in the training, development, marketing and utilization of current and new distribution channels, which may include Bone Growth Therapies sales representatives and distributors as well as representatives from other Orthofix business units. The position will also support the sales representatives and distributors with territory analysis and by acting as a liaison with Orthofix’s Order to Cash team, with a strong emphasis on collaborating with Order Entry, Insurance Administrators, Appeals, Patient Care Billing Specialist, Customer Service, National Accounts, and Corporate Accounts. Additional collaboration and support would include working with Compliance, Clinical and Medical Education.

The Bone Growth Therapy Technical Product Manager is responsible for developing, planning, managing, and executing marketing activities to drive revenue growth, adoption, and education of the Bone Growth Therapy product lines.
What will your duties and responsibilities be?
The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.
Develop, manage, and execute strategic and tactical plans to support the market growth of the Bone Growth Therapy products.
Gather customer requirements and manage transferring these requirements into product improvements, line extensions, new products, and new programs.
Create and execute launch plans and manage marketing responsibilities for product development activities.
Collaborate with the sales organization and Key Opinion Leaders, including the Bone Growth Therapy Surgeon Advisory Board, to develop programs, materials, and products.
Develop and communicate product positioning and messaging, including management and execution of advertising campaigns.
Partner with MarCom to develop and revise collateral, promotional, and educational materials.
Develop and manage cross functional relationships with Sales, R&D, Clinical, RA, QA, Ops, Sales Administration, Payer Development, Reimbursement, Training, MarCom, Med Ed, Compliance, Patient Services, and Legal departments.
Develop, demonstrate, and communicate an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products, and use this knowledge to help assess new market opportunities and educate the Bone Growth Therapy organization on the market.
Support sales training and medical education activities.
Manage trade show strategy and activities.
Conduct market analytics and collaborate in forecasting and demand planning activities.
Create and manage a budget to support strategic and tactical initiatives.
What skills and experience will you need?

Education/Certifications:
Undergraduate degree required.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:
3+ years of experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Marketing, or related experience.
At least two years of experience in a technical position.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Success in working as part of a cross-functional team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Proven leadership ability as demonstrated in previous work experience.
Ability to manage employees.
U.S. travel up to 50%
Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies (Web Applications and Web API’s), Windows applications, Windows Services and Tasks, and mobile applications
Ability to understand System and Software security concepts to include fundamental of encryption/decryption, hashing and encoding/decoding.
Strong understanding of system integration and process flows
Understanding or experience with SQL and Database environments
Experience with or knowledge of various in-house tools/solutions/frameworks (like BizTalk, SSMS, SSRS, WPF)
Current/Prior experience with .NET (preferably C#)
Able to understand technical concepts related to web applications, APIs, and database ETLs.
Able to translate user issues to technical terms for defect resolution.
Able to document and develop process diagrams and data flow artifacts.
Experience with Jira or project management platforms
