This is a remote position enabling you to work from your dedicated home office environment, reporting to the Marketing Manager and supporting the marketing efforts, programs, and strategies of the company.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Assist the Marketing Manager in managing marketing campaigns. Have the ability to translate data into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies that provide tangible results to the company.
2. Conduct market research to find answers about target market requirements, habits, and trends.
3. Oversee SEO initiatives for our website, which involve enhancing our current content to maximize keyword utilization, conducting keyword audits and devising strategies, boosting our backlink profile, handling technical audit reports, addressing site maintenance and error removal, monitoring key metrics monthly, and producing monthly reports.
4. Build compelling content from this research and customer success into materials including the corporate website, newsletter, blogs, case studies, videos, presentations, webinars, design and content, infographics, and print materials to engage, nurture, and convert prospects.
5. Assist with the design and development of all print and electronic marketing materials.
6. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
7. Manage social media efforts which include promoting CampusGuard and RedLens InfoSec, a division of CampusGuard, by maintaining our social media calendar, posting compelling content on our various social media channels, and developing and implementing strategic initiatives to help drive audience growth and engagement.
8. Assist with conference and roundtable event logistics, including but not limited to managing registrations, attendees, booth design and set-up, conference handouts, materials, on-site contractors, and giveaways.
9. Assist with digital communication strategies and tactics including multi-channel social media, email campaigns, and other forms of electronic communications/digital interactions.
10. Work with other brand development techniques and capabilities to showcase CampusGuard products and solutions.
11. Track lead generation from specific marketing activities to sales leads to new customers to determine the most successful marketing techniques, strategies, platforms, and venues.
12. Work collaboratively with other teams within CampusGuard to gain content, references, customer quotes, and other relevant materials for use throughout a variety of marketing campaigns.
13. Provide input to management on competitor messaging, positioning, and content as relevant or requested.
14. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute joint marketing programs as required.
15. Perform other duties/tasks as requested by management.
Assist with sales activities:
1. Attend conferences as appropriate.
2. Other sales support duties as requested.
**Pay Range for this position - $70,000 - $80,000
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The Marketing Specialist must have sufficient service delivery knowledge and experience to coordinate customer project activities.
• Minimum acceptable education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or the equivalent, and/or 2 years of experience in a Marketing and/or Project Management capacity.
• Minimum acceptable work experience requirements:
Strong familiarity with marketing and multimedia development.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential, with demonstrated experience in personnel management.
Direct experience with higher education electronic commerce is a plus.
Experience in working with cybersecurity and compliance services is a plus.

8. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities. **Pay Range for this position is - $140,000 - $170,000
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field required. Master’s Degree or MBA strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development or sales or management of solar construction projects.
• A proven track record of strategic planning, market analysis, and executing successful business development strategies, preferably in a leadership capacity.

EDUCATION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pathway Interns will work directly as a functioning member of multiple teams within Nelnet. Interns will rotate through a variety of business departments across the enterprise, adding value to projects already in place or creating new ones to own yourself. In addition, they will collaborate with other Pathway interns to complete multiple projects based on real business problems Nelnet faces today. Through this program, we have scheduled events, programming, networking, and mentorship opportunities that interns will be expected to participate in.
EDUCATION:

Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounts payable staff. Responsibilities will also include reviewing invoices, processing 1099s annually, looking at process improvement initiatives, assisting with month end close related to accounts payable, hiring and training new hires, special projects, and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payable Operations including: Reviewing invoices, Oversee Company Credit Card Program, Customer Service
2. Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement
3. Hire, lead, train, retain and develop team members
4. Strive to make a difference through continued development of leadership and business acumen skills
5. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on staffing, production, and budgetary needs
6. Maintain professional contact/communication with other departments/associates
7. Prepare periodic and special reports utilizing statistical data (productivity rates, error rates, liability, and various month end reports)
8. Ensure that all functions are performed accurately and timely
9. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual performance evaluations (if applicable)

12. Work with Manager in the implementation of team goals
**Pay Range for this position is - $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
EXPERIENCE:
1. 4 years in an Accounting related capacity
2. 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
