Senior Marketing Manager - Global Brand & Commercialization
Where will you work: Hybrid (Wednesday's/Friday's remote – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office) - 5 Lab Drive | Suite 3200 | Durham, NC 27709
Anticipated travel: 1 week of domestic or international travel approximately every 2 months
Mosaic is looking for an experienced and innovative leader to lead its biologicals product portfolio. The candidate will have a passion for agriculture and for helping farmers succeed. As the Senior Marketing Manager Global Brand & Commercialization of Mosaic Biosciences, you will work closely with cross functional stakeholders and will serve as the project lead for commercialization roadmap of Mosaic Biosciences product portfolio. While being steward of global Mosaic Biosciences brand, a significant part of your job will also be to develop and execute the marketing plans for Mosaic Biosciences portfolio in North America.

What you will do:
Lead the global product commercialization working with cross functional stakeholders through product leadership teams
Own and manage the global & regional positioning of Mosaic Biosciences brand
Drive global brand strategy and own the global brand guidelines & architecture of Mosaic Biosciences products collaborating with regional marketing & commercial leads
Lead development & execution of annual marketing plans to achieve business and financial goals for North American market
Partner with and effectively manage agency and internal partners to drive media, digital, social, and PR initiatives
Closely align and partner with Sales team to develop sales enablement/toolkits to support key brand initiatives
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Agriculture or related
8+ years brand, product management and/or product marketing experience
In-depth knowledge and experience in agriculture, agribusiness and/or biologics
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence a broad set of internal domestic and global business partners
Project management experience
Experience working cross-functionally across different organizations on a global scale
Ability to think strategically and implement marketing initiative
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities
Bonus points if you have the following:
Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Agriculture or related
Knowledge of industry-standard tools — including marketing automation platforms, such as salesforce and marketing cloud
Experience in digital demand generation, lead management and nurturing
Proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Ability to communicate cross-culturally
