Job Responsibilities:
- Armed with a man of focus character, commitment, sheer will & strong entrepreneurial spirit in business development and sales.
- Drive and generate revenue through prospecting new customers by pitching on the phone through cold calls, presenting at the boardroom level, face-to-face visits in order to grow new clients’ relationships.
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client healthcare needs in their companies.
- Developing areas of opportunity for the company and securing a pipeline of new opportunities and establishing an early relationship with the client.
- Frequent engagement with clients through meetings, phone calls, or WhatsApp on the current state of the healthcare market to maximize our medical services efficiency and healthcare support to them.
- Identify new business market segments, emerging healthcare technologies, and other new areas of revenue growth. Manage and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Work and collaborate well with the Mediway Medical & X-Ray Centre's Operations Team to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are being met well.
- Carry out efficiently and within the time given, the duties and responsibilities assigned to you, whether in writing or verbally, by the superior.
Candidate’s Requirements:
- A Diploma and above in business and related fields, Degree is preferred.
- A strong relationship builder with 2-3 years of relevant role in business development. Working experience within the hospital/healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
- Experienced in new business development with a bold mindset in overcoming obstacles and rejection and experience in market research and analysis planning are required.
- Highly independent with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to fulfill/meet company objectives and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels and teams on a formal, informal, written, and verbal basis.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with well-established corporate companies.
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
