Position summary

This position is Leader of Human Resource Function for PES – Core Motors Business of RRX in India, at Manufacturing sites in Faridabad Location. Is responsible for driving Talent Development, DEI (Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion) and Change Management Agenda for the Business locally, apart from ensuring productive Employee Relations Climate and Effective Deployment of HR Services across the Site.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management

• Be the Talent Strategist overseeing and ensuring High Quality and Diverse Talent Acquisition across Functions, in line with RRX Process.
• Ensure Functional Leaders and People Managers understand and effectively deploy the Performance Management System, Talent Review Process & Talent Acquisition process.
• Ensure Site identifies and develops future Functional Leaders, and there is healthy Succession Plan for all critical roles.
• Actively engages with Hi-Potential Talent to maintain pulse of their development, career progression and retention.
• In consultation with Business/Functional leaders Create and Align Workforce Plan to the Business Strategy that enables delivery of the Business Strat Plan and Annual Operating Plans. 

• Driver of Organization Culture and Change Management

• Measure and influence Associates’ understanding on RRX Values and Organizational Purpose. Reinforce and Integrate RRX Values through People Process like Performance and Talent Assessment.
• Facilitate deployment of Associate Engagement Surveys, and partner with Leadership Team for Developing and Deploying Robust Action Plan that supports Culture and Engagement Progress.
• Be the active champion for DEI (Diversity, Engagement & Inclusion), fostering environment of Inclusion across sites.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Coach to Functional Leaders, and actively Identify Opportunities for improving Leadership Team Effectiveness on continuous basis.

• Functional Leadership

• Driver of Compliance Culture at site, ensuring adherence to all HR Functional and Statutory Compliance requirements.
• Improve Process Orientation with SOPs for Key People Activities/Processes and embed Internal Controls for effectiveness. Continuous Improvement mindset with regular assessments and improvement of HR Processes & Talent Practices.
• Use Analytics/Metrices to measure progress of HR Services Delivery (related to Recruitment/ Admin Support/ L&D Actions/Succession Plan, Compliance Status, People Cost, etc.)
• Drive Governance of People Processes through Daily Management & Visual Management of HR Actions Review within the Team.
• Coaching and Development of HR Team Members, supporting future HR leadership pipeline for the Business.

• Employee & Industrial Relations

• Define and Deploy ER/IR Roadmap for the Business, that drives productive Union/Worker Relations through Intentional and Structured Interventions.
• Ensure continuous and productive engagement with the Shop Floor Associates, Union Representatives and External Stakeholders including relevant Government Authorities.
• Strengthen Communication Channels with Associates through platforms like Monthly Town-Halls (with wider teams), Focused Group Discussions etc, ensuring all Associates are continuously updated on Business Context/Expectations, & aligned with Company’s Principles.
• Drive Grievance Redressal Mechanism through Cross Functional Team that proactively and effectively addresses the realistic expectations and concerns of associates.
• Drive Capability Building of Front Line Supervisors on People Management and ER Skills, including knowledge building on HR processes that affect shop floor associates.
• Long Term Wage Settlement with respective Union(s) ensuring Win-Win for both Management and Unions/Workers.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Post Graduation / Masters in Human Resource Management from a recognized university / Institute.
• Relevant experience of 15+ years in Human Resource Management preferably in Manufacturing Industry, including experience in independent Handling of Unions/ Wage Settlements (multiple union handling will be preferred).
• Strong Analytical skills supporting measure and analysis of HR/People Performance that support data-driven decisions making.
• Hands on in MS Office. Working Knowledge of HRIS Systems (Success Factors / Workday Preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, interact, and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. 
• Gemba & Visual Management Experience
• Proven track record of Driving Change.

This is a hands-on role that will actively lead and/or participate in a variety of audits which includes all phases of audit planning, execution and communication of results to management.  This role serves as an important member of the Corporate Internal Audit team, contributing to the development of standard frameworks and practices that enable accurate and timely audits.

• You will be responsible for assisting with information technology audits at all U.S. and foreign business operations.
• Participate in all phases of the audit process including risk assessment, planning, execution and communicating audit results.
• Evaluate business processes to identify areas of risk, identify related IT controls, assess efficiency and effectiveness of controls and processes, as well as assist in developing recommendations for improvements.
• Assess risks and controls over operating systems, databases, infrastructure, and applications.

• Perform testing of internal controls over financial reporting to assist management in complying with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

Functional Expertise

• Based on previous audit experience, is able to be self-directed and execute audits within business, finance and IT teams.
• Ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance value of internal audit for the enterprise.

Education

• BS in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance
• CISA, CIA or CA/CWA certification preferred

Technical Skills and Prior Experience

• Three to five years prior experience in an external audit firm, internal audit or IT department
• Fundamental understanding of business processes, IT systems, risks and controls
• Experience in auditing IT systems including operating systems, databases, and applications (SAP and Oracle preferred)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Self-motivated, good organization and planning skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Suite

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers for modifying existing 2D/3D layouts, assemblies as per customer requirements.
• Develop/modify part, assembly drawings by taking inputs such as customer layout, proposal document and existing references of the existing products, systems.
• Create 3D parts and part drawings in Creo/SolidWorks
• Coordinate and create the library of machine layouts, part and assembly drawings.
• Work on ECRs/ECNs create complete and accurate drawing packages within assigned time.
  • Perform self-quality checks on the drawings/designs generated as per guidelines.
  • Provide assistance to inside and outside customers as per set process.
  • Monitor performance with regards to quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness.
  • Track and monitor revisions on drawings.
• Provide order/offer/project updates Senior Designer regularly.
• Document all aspects of every project as required.
• Support in creating design documents, installation instructions, customer data sheets etc.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, co-workers, and company personnel.
• Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required, capable of handling multiple projects.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed college.      
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in designing any industrial products like gearboxes, pumps, motors, Conveyor/material handling equipment/machine tool will be preferred

• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Minimum 1 year Experience with Creo/SolidWorks
• Proficient in CAD work (SolidWorks, Creo, SolidEdge or similar).
• Knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards.
• Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency.
• Competent in Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
