Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain essential relationships by acting as the primary point of contact and key business partner for transitioning prospects.
Successfully consult & manage all onboarding and integration activities with individual prospects and large groups including individuals converting between LPL platforms.
Analyze new advisor registration forms, credit and CRD information and use discretion to determine additional documentation required while maintaining strict confidentiality of advisor information.
Conduct Low Risk Compliance reviews and facilitate discussions with prospects in the event additional items are required to complete Approval for affiliation.
Work closely with the prospect to determine license transfer and FINRA examination dates, fees and potential disclosure review delays. Coordinate timely delivery of U4 and other registration materials to ensure seamless transfer of licenses to LPL Financial.
Facilitate process for existing LPL advisors to convert to the Hybrid RIA platform on LPL Financial.
Coordinate the OBA Review Process by reaching out to the advisor to gather all required information to prepare & send over to our Advisor & OBA Review business partners.
Provide superior customer service to prospects by handling incoming inquiries on the department phone line regarding completion of the online registration package.
Coordinate training on systems and processes with advisors and/or their office staff.
Collaborate with appropriate business areas to answer prospects’ questions and act as a single point of contact in order to provide a quality onboarding experience.
Ability to adapt to a fluid environment with frequently changing priorities, processes, requirements, etc.
Flexibility to work evening hours and weekends if applicable based on volumes or projects.
Support department projects and initiatives as necessary.
Support other functions of the team such as reporting, data migration, service, etc. if applicable.

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing support to several operational business units. The individual will be responsible for reviewing documents imaged by the Offshore DIS team for accuracy, providing document research, monitoring Captiva queues to ensure SLAs are met within the department, and Index documents that are in the Captiva Supervisor Queues. Job Description
The High-Net-Worth Services leader will be responsible for guiding a growing team within the LPL Business Solutions organization responsible for supporting Financial Advisors with the delivery of High-Net-Worth focused advanced planning and portfolio strategy. The ideal candidate will have high-net-worth experience, be passionate about financial planning and eager to support advisors with their highest value clients and prospects.
High-Net-Worth Services offers a comprehensive suite of fee-based planning services, investing services, and additional high-net-worth focused capabilities to help LPL advisors win and serve high-net-worth investors with more complex needs. Our human-led, tech-enabled services help our advisors deliver great financial advice and run thriving businesses.
What will you do?
In support of subscribing advisors and their high-wealth clients, the VP, High-Net-Worth Services will lead and continue to build the team of High-Net-Worth consultants, planners, and investment specialists dedicated to supporting affiliated advisors with the delivery of Advanced Planning and
Portfolio Strategy.
This individual is responsible for managing team capacity, establishing and refining processes, and ultimately delivering services to LPL advisors profitably, at scale, while ensuring high levels advisor satisfaction. The VP, High-Net-Worth Services will also have frequent interactions with other areas of the firm including LPL Research, investment and product sales teams, LPL Legal, Compliance, and Relationship Management, and participate in strategic discussions with LPL leadership.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-net-worth focused advanced planning and portfolio strategy services to LPL Advisors
Lead and grow a team of high-net-worth specialists
Education and Training – Develop and deploy a training schedule to ensure the team is current on High-Net-Worth Services processes, LPL’s product, platform and overall capabilities, advanced planning topics, and LPL Research’s investment views.
Manage the differentiated delivery of free services to LPL’s specialty affiliation models including Private Wealth, Linsco, and Strategic Wealth.
Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the team’s referral network of High-Net-Worth wealth adjacent service providers including Investment Banking, Business Advisory, OTC Hedging and Monetization, Specialty Lending, Tax Compliance, and Property and Casualty Insurance services.
Public speaking – Convey advanced subject matter in small and large public speaking settings. This includes public speaking participation in webinars, conference calls, staff meetings, and main-stage presentations at LPL conferences. The role may include representing LPL Financial at external conferences, events and industry functions.

The Vice President of Financial Reporting will lead the External Financial Reporting team, including overseeing the team and execution of the various SEC filings and other external financial reporting.

Job Overview:
Joining as an Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for planning, directing projects to help design, build and maintain the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of software products, processes. This role will also include responsibility for leading special projects to drive more quality, scope, and scale in the offering and provide technical leadership to other team members.
Responsibilities:
Write effective REST APIs and technical documentation
Build single-page applications using Angular.
Design and build database objects
Work with a team of developers with deep experience in frontend technologies, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems
Work with cloud-native stack, build on AWS, use technologies like Kubernetes
Work across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Write automated test cases to ensure the correctness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the software product
Provide expertise to influence project, initiative, and maintenance technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages.
Maintain modern development standards with best-practice approaches and development processes
Technology: .Net Core 6, C#, Angular 8+, AWS Cloud, REST API, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Tableau, ELK, MuleSoft, Confluent Kafka

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex systems, including developing solutions from scratch
5+ years of experience designing applications, developing web services (REST/SOAP) and integrating with vendor APIs
3+ years of extensive web/service development experience with the following technologies: .NET, C#, SQL server, Node, MVC, Nuget, Javascript/JQuery, HMTL, CSS, & Angular.
5+ years of experience working with source control tools like TFS, GIT etc.
3+ years of experience with AWS build and deployment
Core Competencies:
Excellent knowledge of and experience with object-oriented concepts and design patterns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes
Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools
Preferences:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
AWS Certified
Good Understanding of Document Object Model (DOM) and DOM Functions.

Pay Range:
$103,360-$155,040/year

The Regional Supervisory Principal, Home Office Supervision is responsible for the holistic supervision of HOS advisors and OSJ managers in their designated region.
Responsibilities:
The Regional Supervisory Principal (RSP) is responsible for resolving escalated, complex issues received by the supporting supervisory team.
Responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships to HOS advisors and/or OSJ managers by acting as a main point of contact to educate, guide, and assist them with maintaining a compliant business.
