As a Service Coordinator Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operational processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of various projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating work programs, service and project activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables.
• Maintaining of Safety and Health documentation and records of safety-related incidents
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and workflows.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements:

• Minimum A level / Diploma / Deg in any studies
• Only Singaporeans
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive work attitude, self-driven, team player with ability to work independently
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage

Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for extension)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with authorities and customer on work programs, service activities and safety issues including of drafting of service orders and quotation
• Allocation of manpower, vehicles and equipment to achieve smooth operation for services activities
• Site inspection, supervise and ensure optimal work quality during and upon completion of work
• Ensure worksites compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Environmental policies and identify safety issues and ensure workplace safety compliance
• Responsible for risk assessment, conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent / minimise risks
• Conduct and direct safety related presentations, safety inspections and tool box meetings
• Maintain Safety and Health documentation and records of safety-related incidents
• Implement and maintain documentation related to various quality systems – ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulations
