To assist the Events Director in all concert projects and entertainment event projects including but not limited to the following:

• Ticketing and venue planning and coordination
• Managing suppliers, negotiating and seeking quotations
• Logistics management
• Promotional aspects of the projects

Job Scope:

1. Reach out to prospective clients to secure events

2. Conceptualise and manage events using both traditional and new media channels

3. Create and deliver dynamic marketing activities

4. Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging promotional materials, both digital and print, to attract and captivate the target audience.

5. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.

6. Identify and engage potential event sponsors and partners to enhance the overall event experience and generate additional revenue opportunities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor of Marketing / Business / Communications / Design or similar specialisation

2. At least 2 years event marketing experience, preferably in event industry

3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

4. Able to multi tasks, independent, hands on and a team player

Job Scope:

1. Events/Exhibitions coordination, including sourcing for suppliers/props/materials, budgeting and quotation, and invoicing

2. Expected to be on-site for events/exhibitions, setup and teardown

3. Coordinaton with in-house designers, carpenters and production and installation teams

4. Preparation of risk assessments, site surveys for event setup

5. Ensure efficient activation and execution of events and exhibition

6. Collaborate with other functional teams & external parties to ensure smooth process

7. Other tasks as assigned

Skills and experience

1. University degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or event management

2. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

3. Self-motivated and a good team player

4. Effective time management and client centric

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Responsible for the technical aspects of sound recording and reproduction of the audio for a movie, show, or event

2. Improving the sound quality of recorded tracks in post-production

3. Adding special effects and manipulating sounds in post-production

4. Maintaining and setting up sound equipment

5. Enhancing sound quality and volume during live performances

6. Troubleshooting and resolving potential issues during live performances

7. Responsible for maintaining and repairing audio equipment

8. Any other taskings to ensure project success

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Degree in audio technology or a related field

2. Experience managing live events and clients

3. Knowledge of physics and engineering to produce high-quality audio performances

4. Advanced knowledge of sound and recording equipment

5. A technical aptitude

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Perform daily operational accounting functions (i.e. AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and report
• Processing payment to suppliers and staff expenses
• Preparation of quarterly GST declaration
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters
• Able to handle payroll duties will be an advantage
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial procedures and regulations
• Responsible, Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
