As a Business Support Assistant, the primary responsibility involves meticulously organizing and transferring digital documents and folders into designated folders within the Microsoft SharePoint database.
The ideal candidate ensures the accurate sorting and storage of documents, contributing to the efficient management of information within the organization. While prior experience with Microsoft SharePoint is considered an added advantage, the role is open to individuals with the capability and enthusiasm to quickly grasp and adapt to SharePoint functionalities.
You will become part of the global operations and business support team, working together with other operation managers, supervisors, and support assistants.

Job Summary:
· Manages category leads looking to develop into an Operations Director.
· Responsible for managing category leads across team/s to deliver key outcomes according to plans and contributing to strategic development of function.
· Provides leadership & direction through leads and/or teams to support and develop teams in the achievement of targets. Develops key executive / client level internal / external stakeholders / leaders.

This principal focus of this role should be on developing of new client relationships for the Singapore business. The role holder should have a good understanding of Commercial/Corporate and the Institutional Investment Corporate industry and quickly gain the knowledge of Hawksford’s risk appetite and capabilities in these areas.
The Business Development Manager is expected to have a proven network of intermediaries (law firms, PE funds, institutions, etc.) relevant to the generation of work for Corporate/Accounting Services and should nurture, cultivate, and grow these intermediary relationships, introducing other members of the BD and Client facing teams as appropriate.
