Position Description: 
Leads and directs the team responsible for Clearance Center at the Retail Operations Center (ROC) for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) in Arizona and Maryland. Directs all aspects relating to the daily operations of the sales and production floor, leads the team and drives the business. Key responsibilities include building, leading, and retaining motivated, high performing teams through effective leadership of all team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures standards for quality services are met, conducts quality assurance checks, and develops strategies for improvement.
• Maintains daily product par levels through proper management of rotations, ensuring that daily production and revenue goals are met. 
• Assists with conducting new goods inventory and ensures proper reporting. 
• Reconciles and balances all daily paperwork.
• Manages and adheres to assigned budget.
• Builds and manages strong working relationships with customers and team members, maintaining standards of excellent customer service.
• Works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution; involves upper management, as needed.
• Maintains the day-to-day operations of the clearance department including managing and meeting team member and customer needs. 
• Ensures the store is clean, well-kept, and reflects the Goodwill brand appropriately.
• Coordinates and effectively communicates with various GCNA divisions.
• Makes decisions on matters relating to the day-to-day operation within his/her defined work area, including determining product placement.
• Provides regular mentoring and training to develop skills of team members; ensures that team members are operating per company standards and procedures.
• Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.  Immediately takes action and/or reports any unsafe or potential hazards.
• Must have reliable transportation in order to perform daily tasks such as dropping off the bank deposit, helping at other stores, and attending personal training and development classes.
• Processes complex sales transactions, including customer returns. 
• Builds a high-performing team.
• Responsible for performance management (coaching, discipline, performance improvement plans, and annual reviews), staffing, compensation, and development of team members.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

• 2+ years supervisory experience or equivalent work experience, required
• One year customer service experience required

Position Description:

Responsible for administration and support tasks related to the Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, including family medical leaves (FMLA), non-medical leaves, American’s with Disabilities (ADA) and state leave laws for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Provides excellent customer service to Team Members, Leaders and Human Resources team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for the Leave of Absence Department; answers phone calls through the LOA phone line and responsible for managing the HRSS Ticketing system (Leave of Absence management request system).
• Monitors, audits, and enters sick and vacation pay for Team Members during LOA, ensures hours are properly recorded in the timekeeping system for each pay period.
• Processes Absence Requests in Workday on a daily basis. 
• Assigns tickets to Leave Administrator, uploads documents and closes requests as needed within 48 hours. 
• Confirms receipt of Team Member’s medical return-to-work notice; communicates the return-to-work with Leaders and Team Members.
• On a daily basis, effectively communicates via phone and email the status of LOA or ADA accommodation(s) to Leadership, HR Business Partners, and Team Members, as appropriate. Ability to manage high call and email volume.
• Completes Team Member intakes regarding a Leave of Absence or accommodation.
• Uses approved templates to sends Leave Notification updates to Leadership.
• Prepares and sends leave-related documentation, this includes gathering and organizing employee leave paperwork, completing eligibility notifications, and sending these documents to leadership and the Team Member. 
• Adds vacation grants into the HR System if the Team Member was out on 1/1 or 7/1.
• Responds to Team Member’s requests regarding accommodation and eligibility for LOA, escalates to the Leave Administrator or HR Leadership when necessary. Provides information for short-term and long-term disability benefits when requested.
• Follows up with Team Members on missing/inaccurate/illegible paperwork for correct leave processing and determinations.
• Scans, saves, purges, and attaches all documentation into electronic files in order to maintain confidentiality of documents and to remain compliant.
• Receives, tracks, and enters all LOA information into HRIS or other tracking mechanisms.
• Runs reports for Payroll and Benefits Teams to ensure medical benefits are reinstated.
• Builds relationships with Team Members and Leaders, and acts as a point of contact for our HR Leaves Department.
• Backs-up other Team Members, as needed.
• Contributes to building a cohesive work environment by working together as a team.
• Escalates any compliance or risk issues and concerns to the Leave Administrator, or HR Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of Human Resources experience or 1 year of related experience, preferred.

Responsible for all visual and graphic elements of the following: advertising campaign digital assets, brick and mortar location signage, event branding and collateral development, and other printed and digital design elements. Works closely with department leaders and is accountable for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all graphic art and design. Reviews artistic design strategy and requirements with Team Members in Marketing as well as all functional and support departments within GCNA. Ideates original and production-based design work, conceptualizes graphics required, produces sample layouts, then edits and modifies based on feedback. Supports in guiding the graphic design team. Partners with marketing project management leads to provide art direction for photo and video shoots. Partners with marketing project management leads, and other creative team counterparts to collaboratively ideate bring to life creative concepts. Recommends standards or parameters (in conjunction with contracted advertising agency) for usage of approved graphics and monitors usage for adherence. Prepares print materials in accordance to print standard requirements and supports in print production of design work. Responsible for safely operating a vehicle to pick up, transport and/or deliver donated goods for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GNCA) in Arizona and Maryland. Position Description: 
Responsible for the oversight, leadership and achievement for the sales floor and obtaining set sales goals for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) in Arizona and Maryland. Directs all aspects relating to the daily operations of the sales floor, leading the team and driving the business.  Key responsibilities include building, leading, and retaining motivated, high performing teams through effective leadership of Retail Sales Associates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production for a Retail Store location.
• Makes decisions on matters relating to the day-to-day retail operation within his/her defined work area.
• Conducts new goods inventory and ensures proper reporting.
• Reconciles and balances all daily paperwork.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Works to de-escalate customer situations while finding an appropriate solution; involves upper management, as needed.
• Maintains the day-to-day operations of the store including managing and meeting Team Member and customer needs.
• Ensures store locations are clean, well-kept, and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.
• Transfers to different stores at any given time due to business needs.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

Position Description: 
Leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) in Arizona and Maryland to help fund the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment. Assists with leading production room as appropriate. • Partners with community businesses and organizations to promote Goodwill mission.
• Serves as a Goodwill ambassador to the community.
