Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Min. 1-3 years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience in F&B industry (Preferred in Food Service Channels)
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Possess good presentation skills.
• Computer-literate; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Driving license with own Transport is a must to perform customer visits

Group Senior IT Executive supports the day-to-day activities of the Group IT Department. This position reports to Head of Group IT. The roles and responsibilities are stipulated as follows:-

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Installing and configuring of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and securing computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service users’ queries, IT issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the companies (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Manage all IT aspects of employees’ on-boarding / off-boarding and IT Orientation.
• Sourcing and purchasing of all IT equipment’s.
• Supporting and testing of new technology.
• Level 1 Support MS Dynamics AX / D365.
• Provide training to users and participate in IT projects when necessary.
• Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), IT policies and IT documents.
• Proactively monitor IT contracts to ensure timely renewal.
• Always reflecting professionalism and best quality of customer service in communicating with users or any related stakeholders.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Group IT manager.

Requirements

-Preferably Degree or higher in Information Technology or its equivalent.

-Min 7 years of experience with IT Support.

-Experience in manufacturing environment which include Supply Chain & Finance.

-Preferably with knowledge of supporting MS Dynamics 365, MS applications, & services and SQL Server (or SAP or Oracle is an advantage).

-Knowledge of BI tools like PowerBI is an added advantage.

-Excellent communication and team player.

-Patient, polite, friendly, and helpful personality.

-Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful, and independent.

-Knowledge of ITSM is a plus.

• Overseeing the operation and whole function of QAQC department
• Establish, review and continuous improvement for Food Safety Management System (SFA Regulations / FSSC 22000 / HALAL / Customers’ requirement) and documentation.
• To lead the QAQC team towards managing, maintaining and food safety management system.
• Review and improve working procedure/criteria for manfacturing processes.
• Overseeing in export country registration, review of importing countries requirement and liaising with regulatory agencies.
• Assisting in laboratory set-up / Overview external lab testing Parameter
• Study the export /import, rule and regulation of the country
• Main point of contact for Government regulatory agencies and certification bodies.

• Application of Export Health Certificate, Factory License, HALAL, Healthier Choice Symbol and ad-hoc certification if required.
• Liaison for regulatory agency and certification body.
• Conduct in-house Food Safety training.
• Trouble shooting for non-conformances and handle of customer complaint.
• Leading QC team to improve Food Safety Management System.
• Any ad-hoc task as assigned by HOD.

• Ensure good housekeeping in the R&D kitchen and maintain FEFO of R&D inventory
