• Responsible for IT Infrastructure platform & Business Application (Servers, Network, Workspace & Retail Tech, SAP), ensuring the platform in Store, Head office & Data Centers are secure and functioning well to support the day-to-day business operations.
• Responsible for User Identity & Access Management, ensuring provisioning, modification and termination of user ID and access to valid users on a timely basis, complying with IT Policies Standard and Procedures.
• Execution for IT projects, communicate and coordinate with related stakeholder to ensure the project execution is adhered with scope, timeline and objectives.
• Responsible for IT administration work such as maintaining up-to-date IT hardware/software inventory, updating documentation of procedures, configurations, network & server diagram related to IT Infrastructures.

Requirements

Job Description

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse training needs of all staff (full timers, part-timers and interns) in GMG Sports PTE. LTD.
• Discuss challenges and plan solutions with team to improve sales KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
• Coordinate appropriate training and development programs for the Company based on recognized training needs. From new hire orientation, customer service training, on the job skills-based training, supervisory skills training, refresher course, health & safety training etc.
• Distribute monthly training calendar for Product and Service. Follow up using trackers and observation tools to ensure execution.
• Ensure training materials are up to date for all positions on the retail floor.
• Coordinate with Training Manager on team developmental plans base on regular store visits and observation to be done.
• Undertake any other ad hoc projects/tasks in relation to your job scope as delegated by the training manager.
• 80% of this job will require you to move around different Nike stores and 20% at the GMG Sports PTE. LTD Head Office as coordinated to your manager.

• Responsible for assigned NIKE stores to monitor the consistency of the store team and in store visual merchandising lead in following the VM global guidelines set by the principal/brand and ensure correct graphic materials installed.
