Job Summary:

Reporting to the Administration Director, responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities including managing payroll, advertising job openings, identifying manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, provide internal training. You will be the go-to person and support on effective delivery of daily HR operation and as a speak person to represent HR department during weekly toolbox meeting.

Responsibilities and duties

• Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, on/off boarding cycle, employee relations, training, employee development, day-to-day HR operations, compensation and benefit, organization development.

• Maintaining HR policies and practices in compliance with local regulations and governances.

• Provides guidance to HR team and other staff with a positive working environment.

• Maintains the integrity of the HR database.

• Handle employee medical and leave matters.

• Counselling staff, conducting investigation.

• Administer employee benefits, organize team engagement activities, and workplace safety measures.

• Handling all government-paid claims and income tax declarations.

• Manage all HR administration, and prepare letters, contract, Memo, disciplinary letter, company insurance and HR reports.

• Responsible for all Work Passes administration, including application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.

• Make recommendation to its existing welfare programs and employee relation activities to enhance the relationship between management and staff.

• Planning and implementing new HR initiatives and projects.

• Any other task as assigned by Administration Director from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk in visitors.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Ensure that the reception lobby and meeting rooms are well maintained.
• Serving drinks and directing client to meeting rooms.
• Ordering and monitoring of office, pantry and PPE.
• Manages and places orders for office supplies (stationery, business cards etc.) and maintain contact lists.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Provide general administration support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning and filing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak both English and Chinese.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in MS Software, eg. Words, Excel and Powerpoint.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR & admin duties, which includes recruitment, work pass applications, training & development,payroll, preparing weekly/month reports, leave administration and handling employee enquires on HR-related matters. You will be managing and upkeeping the office, maintaining office equipment, filing documents, organizing company events and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company.

• Handle tasks for preboarding, onboarding and offboarding tasks.

• Monitor employee progress and foster a productive work culture in company.

• Providing clear communication, interpretation, and all other HR related matters between company and employees.

• Support full spectrum of HR Operations function including payroll.

• To ensure staff OT request and application are well reflected into system for payroll processing.

• Coordinate and support all learning programs.

Qualifications/Experiences

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and all different work passes.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales

process. Help customers resolve sales-related issues in the timely manner, generally

providing real-time support.

Responsibilities and duties

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and

communicating relevant information.

• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

• Respond to complaints from customer and give after-sales support when

requested.

• Able to understand basic engineering drawing.

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

• Assist in preparing costing sheet and official quotation.

• Ensure adherence to law and policies.

Qualifications/Experiences

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other

administrative positions will be a plus.

• Proficiency in English.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
