As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient production processes. Job Description:
* Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing processes of structural metal products N.E.C., including metal sections, corrugated sheets, and other specialty items.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, follow safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards in their work.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company standards for dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
* Collaborate with the production planning team to schedule production runs, allocate resources effectively, and minimize downtime.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery, and ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize breakdowns.
* Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.

* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production reports, quality control documents, and inventory records.

* Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
* Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
