• Manage company social media platforms and website. Exploring new media for advertising and branding
• Able to conceptualize, develop & implement strong marketing strategies to bring in new targeted customers
• Produce marketing materials to support the sale of products and services, including copywriting, proofreading and design creatives
• Develop CRM campaign to retain existing customers
• Achieve monthly KPI given by the management
• Develop strong branding & positioning strategies, responsible for marketing communication, off line and digital advertising consumer promotional activities and events
• Frequent liaisons and communications with business partners on new opportunities
• Manage and conduct events, beauty workshops, members’ functions and road shows
• Assist to prepare and analyse monthly reports, campaign post mortem etc.
• Familiar with google SEO
• Ad-hoc marketing initiatives and projects
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• To provide excellent service to our clients and ensure recommendations are done based on customers’ skin type and concerns.
• To discuss and plan for therapists the recommended treatments for customers arriving for appointment.
• To assist the Branch Manager in the overall operation of the branch eg: staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, Staff appraisal, current promotions and updates etc.
• To achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the branch.
• To ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good and conductive condition.
• To motivate staff in building teamwork and create a good working environment.
• To assist the Branch Manager to run the outlet efficiently and effectively.
• To create teamwork among colleagues & good communication.
• To assist in making cold-calls to customer
• To accept any additional responsibilities assigned to you by the management.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years' working experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven sales record
• Independent, motivated, optimistic and possess initiative
• Highly motivated, sales driven and service oriented
• Good interpersonal skills and communication qualities
• Team player with ability to cooperate with colleagues and have strong leadership capabilities
• Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Operation Manager
• Overall responsible and in charge of the branch’s smooth operations. This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff’s leave applications approve staff’s OT, staff’s punctuality, staff’s appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer’s complaint, staff’s grievances, branch’s cleanliness and etc;
• Sharing of knowledge to staff, perform staff training and coaching on effective practices regularly in relation to daily operations matter, sales pitch on products and treatments, customer service and etc;
• Empower staff to accomplish task and achieve desired goal;
• To motivate staff in building team work, ensure good communication among staff and foster a positive working environment;
• To establish good relationship and provide excellent service to customers; and
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the management

• Min. 8 years' experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target
