The Services required are set out as follows:

Planning

1. Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the HOD / ICT and prepare any relevant documentation and guidelines pertaining to the project.

2. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to.

3. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset management.

4. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel in the school (Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors).

5. Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programmes for all staff and students.

6. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT related programmes or activities

Administrative

1. Assist in design and maintenance of the school website.

2. Design posters and collaterals for school events.

3. Photography and Videography needs for the school, including pre and post productions.

4. Compile students’ ICT works and projects for showcase and archival.

5. Conduct timely online survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the ICT courses and resources.

6. Assist the e-Supervisor (e-Sup) in physical setup of e-Oral and e[1]Listening Comprehension examinations.

Support in Teaching and Learning

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and teachers in the integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning.

2. Assist HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in driving an e-learning ICT culture to expand teaching and learning.

3. Assist in implementation of e-learning activities.

Management of Resources

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and work closely with ICT Manager with managing the school’s resources such as the replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and the managing of loaning of ICT equipment.

2. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager with managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.

Training

1. Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.

2. Plan and conduct training for students to be familiar with ICT tools and e-learning platforms.

3. Assist ICT manager during training for teachers on the use of ICT and AV equipment.

4. Review all training programmes for both students and teachers and make the necessary improvisations.

5. Plan, assist and conduct CCA training when needed by the Authority.

6. Train and prepare students for ICT related competitions (eg: National Robotic Competition

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

a. Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology related.

b. Must have at least 12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in a school environment.

c. Speaks fluent English.

d. Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 Suite & Google Office Suite including Google Classroom and GSUITE admin)

e. Adobe Media editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.

f. Apple Media editing softwares such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Logic Pro and Motion

g. Design Media Softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator, Canva, etc. Candidates must provide samples demo of media work done previously.

Scope of Service

1. To carry out core general administrative and clerical duties such as

▫ Provide frontline/counter customer service including handling calls and walk-in-queries

▫ Perform administrative tasks like filings and perform simple data entries

▫ Attend to pupils reporting at the First-Aid Room

2. To support teachers in ad-hoc preparation of resources which may include some of the following:

▫ Perform printing and photocopying jobs

▫ Preparation of teaching aids such as cutting and lamination works

Qualification, Skill & Experience

▫ Have at least 1 complete year of administrative experience preferably in an educational institution

▫ Have at least 1 complete year of experience attending to first aid related matters

▫ Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ level certificate or equivalent

▫ Good interpersonal and a collaborative team player

▫ Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Conduct ICT-based customised training workshop for students and teachers, post training surveys, compile students’ work

• Trainer in charge of Robotics Club

• Administrator for other ICT-based systems not under MOE

• Manage and upkeep the school’s website

• Assist in providing the Audio Visual Technical support for school events and activities

• Involve in daily assembly, videography, phototaking, video-editing during school events, posters/brochures designing and stocktaking, etc.

• Assist HOD Ed Tech in ICT/AV-related administrative, operational and project management duties when necessary such as inventory checks, loaning process, fault reporting matters and service request.

The Services required are set out as follows:

Audio-Visual and Information & Communication Technology

• Manage Audio Visual equipment during all major school events

• Set up, test and operate sound/light/Audio Visual systems during school events (e.g. meetings, assemblies, sports day, speech day)

• Maintain inventory and loan records of Audio Visual and Inforcomm Technology equipment examples: Projectors, Visualizers, Swivel, cables, sound systems etc

• Provide consultation to Head of department/ ICT and Subject Head/ICT on the Audio Visual needs of the school.

• Manage Audio Visual equipment in classrooms and all other special

rooms and monitor the equipment usage and carry out maintenance on yearly basis.

• Coordinate with vendors on repair services

• Manage the loan and condemnation of Audio Visual and Information Technology Equipments and accessories

• Collaborate and support teachers to effectively utilize the Digital signage and AV system for school-wide communication

Other duties:

• Train the CCA Information Technology Club students to operate the Public Address System equipment/service during assembly and school events

• Prepare CD players and batteries for school and national examinations (e.g. Listening Comprehension, Oral)

• Burning of CDs for examination and school events

• Assist in taking photographs and recording videos for school events, and ah-hoc activities

• Convert video tapes programmes to CDs

• Assist in the troubleshooting of simple Audio Visual /Information & Communication Technology issues

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possessed a certificate in related field, or its equivalent.

• Candidate should also be an excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is needed.

• Candidate with at least two years of relevant experiences within the past three years will be preferred.

The Services required are set out as follows:

· Assisting in basic clerical tasks such as printing, checking, and organizing financial assistance and bursary applications, as well as informing parents of the application outcomes and distributing approval letters.

· Handling counter service and manage telephone enquiries (for e.g. attend to calls at the general office and relay messages to the relevant personnel), including helping to call parents fo absent students to gather reasons for their absence.

· Printing and organizing school timetables.

· Distributing hardcopy mails to designated recipients.

· Updating staff attendance records in the General Office system.

· Performing other general administrative tasks as delegated by school management.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

· Min PSLE or min 1 year experience in office admin duties

· Experience in working with schools will be advantageous

The Services required are set out as follows:

Classroom/Academic Studies-Related Duties

1. School General Office Counter duties, include attending to the needs of staff and students walking into office and attending to phone calls.

2. Assist in typing/printing test/examination papers, work sheets, notes, etc.

3. Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials.

4. Assist HOD Science in preparing the equipment and resources for Science programmes.

5. Assist SH Partnership in distribution of goodie bags, etc.

6. Assist teachers in collection of forms and monitoring of attendance for programmes.

7. Assist in examination activities, tours and excursions.

8. Assist in in-house oral examination as time-keeper/coordinating flow of class movement to examination area.

Other Duties

1. Assist in keying/updating data: pupils’ particulars, marks/grades, Physical Fitness Test Results, School-based survey etc.

2. Assist Teachers and Office to call students or parents to follow up on issues.

3. Do stock-inventory for items.

4. Help in canteen/recess/bus bay duties: supervising pupils to ensure safety, providing basic first-aid to pupils who sustain injuries and contacting parents of pupils who are unwell during recesses.

5. Assist in the decoration of school premise for festivities, celebrations and special function.

6. Assist teachers in maintaining/updating school bulletin/notice boards.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

At least 5 GCE 'N' Level Passes including English Language and Mathematics or 3 GCE 'O' Level Passes or equivalent

Good communication, inter-personal skills and patience with young children

Preferably have administration experience working in schools

The Services required are set out as follows:

(a) Information and Communications Technology (ICT) & AV support for school events

· The Personnel shall be in charge of the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment in school compounds.

· The Personnel shall provide technical support in lighting, audio, video and stage for events by the Authority or external organizations.

· Lighting - Involves setting up, operating, and managing lighting equipment used during events.

· Audio - Setup and management of audio equipment, such as microphones, speakers, mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue), and any other audio-related technology. The Personnel ensures that the sound quality is optimal for both live audiences and recordings, if applicable. He/she shall handle the balancing of audio levels, manage live feeds, and ensure clear audio delivery for speeches, music, and other sound elements of the event.

· Video - Managing video equipment such as cameras, projectors, screens, and video editing tools. The personnel will be involved in live-streaming events, recording them for later broadcast, or displaying various visual elements on screens during the event. He/she shall ensure the video quality and visual content are aligned with the event's objectives.

· Stage Management - Setting up and managing the physical stage where the event takes place. The Personnel shall provide assistance to ensure that the stage is safe, properly arranged, and equipped with necessary elements like podiums and seating arrangements. He/she shall coordinate with the Authority’s staff to ensure smooth transitions between different segments of each event, such as speeches, performances, or presentations.

(b) Assist Authority’s staff in the setup of AV equipment

· The Personnel shall assist Authority’s staff in setting up ICT/AV equipment for events, meetings and lessons when required.

· The Personnel shall assist teachers in video-recording school events and lessons when required.

· The Personnel is expected to supervise students who are tasked to video-record school events.

· The Personnel shall supervise & guide Media Club during their activities in the area of audio & visual skills set.

· The Personnel shall conduct AV training for students and staff when required.

(c) ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

· The Personnel shall work with HOD (ICT) / ICT Manager / ICT Associate to propose solutions to ICT/AV persistent challenges that the Authority is facing which includes technical specifications and cost of implementations.

· The Personnel shall assist HOD (ICT) / ICT Manager / ICT Associate with the procurement process with regards to ICT/AV related solutions and services.

(d) Managing ICT & AV Resources

· The Personnel shall assist ICT department in managing the Authority's ICT & AV resources such as condemnation of ICT & AV equipment and the loan of ICT & AV equipment.

· The Personnel shall conduct annual maintenance of hardware and carry out troubleshooting and basic repair of ICT & AV equipment.

(e) Media Post Production

· The Personnel are anticipated to play an integral role in the post-production process of video and audio recordings captured by the Authority’s staff.

· Video editing – He/she shall compile the raw footage, cut and arrange the clips to create a coherent narrative or sequence. This includes selecting the best takes, arranging them in the desired order, and ensuring the flow of the video aligns with the project's goals. In addition, he/she shall be required to add titles, subtitles, and any on-screen graphics required for the video.

· Sound Editing and Mixing – He/she shall work on dialogues, background noises, and other audio elements. He/she shall remove unwanted sounds, enhance clarity of dialogues, and may add ambient sounds or effects to enrich the audio quality. He/she shall select or compose the right music or soundtrack for the video.

(f) Other Tasks

· Any other duties assigned by the Authority.

The Personnel shall preferably have certification/qualification in AV-related field.

The Personnel shall have at least 4 years of working experience in handling audio and visual equipment for events.
