• Candidate with no experience are welcome as training will be provided
• Preferably with 2 years local delivery experience with a 24 ft lorry (6 tonne)
• Good safety records with zero traffic demerit points
• Willing to work Saturdays (5.5 days work week) & overtime when required

Full-time, 5-day week Monday to Friday 9-6pm

Responsibilities:

1. Physical handling of the samples with include but not limited to receiving, package check, unpacking, storing, picking and packing for local transfer/export, hand-delivery of samples to local press/shooting companies etc.

2. Require to use the Inventory management system for inventory processing and delivery management.

3. Assisting the PR team in the administration work

Requirements

1. Medically fit as the job require physical handling.

2. Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft tools.

3. The same person to handle the job as training will be provided. May require to sign a service contract/Prada code ethics.

Job Description:

• Collect goods from a manufacturer or warehouse
• Plan the delivery route in the most efficient way
• Load the vehicle in a way that ensures that the planned route matches the order of deliveries
• Contact recipients of the delivery while en route to ensure their presence
• Update the tracking system regularly so that customers know when their items will be delivered
• Record daily, weekly and monthly mileage as well as fuel usage
• Make deliveries, share any associated invoice with recipients and get customers’ signatures
• Update delivery records and return undelivered items

• Be an excellent, skilful driver and respect traffic laws at all times
• Be able to stay focused for long periods of time and be detail orientated
