Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales and marketing activities to new and existing customers
• Develop and nurture a good and healthy business relationship with customers

Able to cook dishes based on approved recipes.

Assist Sous Chef in creating new dishes and arranging sample tasting for management.

Preparing meal ingredients, including seasoning of different meats, as well as chopping, peeling and washing, fruits and vegetables

Taking inventory of supplies and informing the Sous Chef of depleted or low supplies

Ensure that the workstations are clean and sanitized and prepare safety procedures are observed by the cooks at all times.

Ensure the proper handling and storage of food so as to keep spoilage to a minimum.
