Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Executive/ Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day HR activities and overseeing all HR related administrative duties within the organization. They will be working with employees and managers from all organizational levels and interacting with all company’s functions in order to enhance employee’s experience to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency and increase productivity.

The HR Executive/ Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support in human resources and HR administrative functions within the organization with a focus in payroll. This role plays a vital role in managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with Company management team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs supporting strategic objectives.
• Manage Employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, attendance, expense claims and reimbursements, payroll and benefits schemes across DTS offices, ensuring compliance with local legislative requirements and adherence with human resources policies and processes.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and offboarding.
• Manage day-to-day HR & office administration operations to provide effective and efficient delivery of services to support the organization, aligned to DTS policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries and provide advice and support to all internal stakeholders on HR related queries (benefits, policies and procedures, disciplinary/grievances, misconduct, absences etc. etc.).
• Lead and manage company and staff welfare including health and safety, healthcare benefits, recognition and rewards, etc.
• Administer office, group hospital and surgical and WICA insurance policies including enrolment and claim processes.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field; IHRP-CP certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR practices and policies, preferably in a multinational company.
• Hands-on experience in payroll preparation is a must, with a strong understanding of payroll principles and taxation.
• Proficient in local employment legislation and regulations within DTS offices globally.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and time management.

Job Summary:

The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability are maintained throughout the production process. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, measurements, and tests to verify compliance with specifications and customer requirements. The Quality Technician will play a crucial role in the first article inspection of incoming Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), conducting visual and measurement checks, performing kitting of components, and conducting outgoing quality checks post-assembly.

Additionally, this position involves generating detailed customer reports and maintaining equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform first article inspection of all incoming Printed Circuit Boards to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct visual and measurement checks on PCBs to identify deviations from specifications and promptly reject or send for rework as necessary.
• Prepare components needed for PCB assembly through effective kitting processes.
• Conduct outgoing quality checks post-PCB assembly to identify and address issues such as shorts, opens, power ground shorts, and component damage.
• Generate comprehensive customer reports detailing inspection results and any relevant findings.
• Maintain measurement and microscope equipment in optimal working condition by following standard operating procedures and promptly requesting repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Continuously monitor and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Document all quality-related activities and maintain accurate records for reference and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITE OR Equivalent in Electrical / Electronics, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred with at least one year work Experience.
• Proven experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or PCB assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements and inspections.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools, microscopes, and other testing equipment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Dynamic Test Solutions Asia (DTS) is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation. Financial Controller responsibilities will also include general financial risk management.

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Taxes Filing
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Knowledge/Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a Financial Controller
• Advanced degree in Accounting or relevant equivalent
• CPA / ACCA preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (as we need to communicate with shareholders in China)
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
