The Data Science team in Singapore works with several global teams and supports critical functionalities through Machine Learning (ML) and analytics. The team specializes in creating ML models using multi-modal data (including tabular data, free-text, image, video, audio, etc.) that power many digital health tools which ease real-world data capture and analyze real-world/clinical data such as those obtained from apps on cellular phones, websites, wearables, biological samples provided to labs, clinical studies, etc. to generate real-world evidence.

The Data Science team is looking to expand its team with new Health Data Scientists who will work on a multitude of projects in various areas.

What will you be doing in this role?

In this role, you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders across the world on multiple projects involving real-world data, clinical trial data, and genomic data from labs.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing ML algorithms, oftentimes incorporating deep learning technologies. It is expected that you will be continuously upgrading yourself, not only on ML, but also on the basics of the specific medical domain that you will be working on.

The Digital Health Team in Danone is part of the Medical & Nutrition Science team located in D-Lab Singapore. We develop digital health initiatives for Danone to impact health globally and locally and contribute to value creation for people/patients and business via digital technologies.

1. You will have to lead digital health studies in various stages from start-up activities (including ethics committee submissions) to closure and study reporting.
2. You will need to contribute to and/or write study protocols and other study documents development using templates from studies performed previously.

M&A TEAM
The M&A Team reports to the CFO of Danone Group. Following the refocus of Danone in 2007 on health with the redemption of Numico, the market leader of baby food and medial nutrition, and the sale of the biscuit business, Danone’s product portfolio has continued to change, both in terms of geographical expansion and sectors.

Over the past years the Group has been very active on the M&A & portfolio management fronts with key transactions, such as:
- the acquisition of White Wave in the US
- the disposal of Vega in Canada.

The M&A Team is split into 2 regional teams:
- one team, based in Paris, covering Europe & the Americas (SVP M&A, 2 project directors and 4 project managers).
- one team, based in Singapore and Bangkok, covering Asia Pacific Middle East and Africa (1 Director, 2 managers)

The M&A team is in charge of a large number of transactions, (on average, around 35 projects are ongoing at the same time: Joint-Venture, acquisitions and disposals) of which around 10 is completed on a yearly basis.

About the role:
As a member of the M&A team covering Asia Middle East Africa, you will actively participate to the inorganic growth strategy and execution of the Danone Group.

Business Context
By joining our Regional Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) Finance team, you will be leading the Strategy and Business Development across the AMEA Zone, a very diverse country and category portfolio across South-East & Central Asia, Middle East and Africa. This role will bring to life the Danone AMEA performance from Strategy to Action and will be responsible for external and internal executive level framing of our strategic direction, performance, and challenges. The role will work closely with the AMEA Zone Leadership Team and Functional Leadership Teams as well as the Company’s global Strategy & Business Development Team to synthesize strategy & performance, driving discussion & decisions that advance our strategic ambitions.

Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Strategy
o Lead AMEA Strategic Plan work to define regional and category organic strategy with focus on mid- & long term.
o Support of CBUs in local strategic plan through right capabilities and tools (e.g., Structural Portfolio Management projects) and finding most value accretive strategic options
o Close collaboration with Global Strategy Team and Global Category strategy teams.
o Coordinate Danone Impact Journey Strategy as part of the overall regional strategy with Stream Leaders
• Business Development
o Develop inorganic strategies and BD pipeline in collaboration with global Business Development
o Assessment and business case building for BD opportunities in collaboration with global Business Development, global Categories, and global M&A
o Strategic Support of longer-term regional projects
• Macro-economic, Category, market share, Competitor Insights. Create data backed POV on Danone’s performance vs peers on multiple metrics and lead strategic competitive intelligence.
• Creating compelling, powerful presentations for a range of audiences – M&A, global executives, internal etc.

• Preparing content for key internal and external meetings including quarterly performance reviews with senior Global executives

ABOUT THE JOB

Danone are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who is passionate about all things marketing. In this role you will get the opportunity to work with the whole consumer marketing team and get exposure to a variety of brands recognized both locally and internationally. You will provide support from all things strategy, through to the behind the scenes work that drives our brand recognition. This is a truly unique role where you can expand your skillset and learn on the job.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Provide primary support from comms planning through to brand analysis.

Maintaining various dashboards and shopper marketing channels with your analysis and findings on brand performance.

Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams including our regulatory affairs team and our digital content studio.

Provide support to the marketing team with full budget management; invoices, purchase orders and external vendor management.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Brand Manager/Assistant Brand Manager – Early Life Nutrition – Allergy as part of our passionate Healthcare Nutrition team. This is a hybrid role with an office based in Chatswood, Sydney, and the option to work from home a few days a week. As one of the key members of the team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of marketing activation initiatives to drive growth in the Early Life portfolio in the Health Care Nutrition Strategy space.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - ANZ, you will co-develop our allergy portfolio strategy & lead the execution of annual brand plans including multi-channel engagement campaigns for both healthcare professionals and consumers across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Support Early Life portfolio by designing the plans and effectively executing the marketing activations
• Build and deliver credible brand plans through various channels like hospitals, community (GPs, specialists), Pharmacies, and e-commerce
• Design and implement effective brand positioning plans through consumer insights, commercial performance, and market dynamics
• Develop and execute effective ATL and BTL communication initiatives in partnership with our external creative & media agency partners & our internal content studio
• Connect with external agencies as required to conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, sales aids, and digital content

Ideally, you will have:
