We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Service Assessor to join our DWP Digital community.

As our Digital teams build, maintain and improve DWP services, we need Service Assessors to check that what we're building works for our users, and meets the high standards we set for ourselves.

As a Digital Service Assessor you will support service teams and lead assessment which determine whether the stuff we're working on meets the Service Standard.
You'll use evidence-based assessment methods and approaches to determine if services meet the standard.
You'll assessment communicate outcomes and champion the Standard within DWP's Digital group. You'll produce briefings and reports which track and report on the status of a service and whether it can proceed to the next lifecycle stage.
You'll contribute to key governance decisions, provide advice, guidance, and training to digital colleagues on the Service Standard to develop capability.

You need to be able to review and analyse reports and assess information presented to you by service teams, about user journeys and the purpose of a service.

Your work will change how procurement works for the next 15 years, impacting over 50% of all Civil Servants - that's 230,000 people.
You'll join an established senior management team, using your performance, data, and insights expertise to deliver end-to-end services for the Synergy Programme. You will influence decisions from design phase right through to live service.
