• Maintain and update documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND ISO 13485 system
• Establish and maintain proper documentation control & distribution
• Conduct internal and external audits. Ensure readiness of all sections for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits.
• Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies in conducting audits
• Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, customer returns, RMA, external and internal 8D and revised specs and procedures.
• Review and update Quality Management System procedures to meet the quality system requirements.
• Ensure system compliance & preparations for Management Review
• Review audit findings and develop action plans
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
• Plan and conduct periodic system audits and participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance.
• Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment.
• Direct and head internal audit programs by reviewing procedures, while recommending improvements for all internal audit policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior.

- Study orders and forecasts. Develop delivery plans.

- Liaise with customers on delivery commitment.

- Coordinate the delivery plans internally with Production department.

- Monitor production progress and outputs. Analyse delays and interruptions, discuss and resolve it with the Production department to ensure delivery commitment.

- Carry out material planning. Advise Purchasing on how much and when the materials are needed, to avoid shortages and excesses.

- Escalate complex issues to the Program Manager for resolution.

- Maintain reports of delivery activities and schedules.

• Co-lead with the Program Manager and manage project from NPI to mass production transfer.
• To ensure NPI project is successfully completed by meeting all specification and requirement.
• Design project plan, execute and completer all tasks within the stipulated time frame and budget.
• Attend tool trial, part evaluation, technical problem analysis and problem solving.
• Liaising internally with project team members and externally with customers on technical matters.

· Responsible for quality issues from production and IQA

· Handle nonconforming material and follow up with supplier for corrective actions

· Lead new supplier assessment and annual audit for existing suppliers

· Monitor and review supplier quality performance annually

· Monthly engage and review with suppliers’ quality performance and drive for continuous improvement.

· Issue and follow up on the supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to supplier, review SCAR effectiveness for timely closure and track SCAR log monthly.

· Assist QA Manager on internal quality activities.

· Liaise with internal production on internal process issues.

· Implement the quality assurance plan, mainly on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections.
