Job Description

· Arrange and schedule in all assigned on-stage performances of the company

· Attend and arrange for rehearsals

· Work with performers to fine-tune performance

· Keep and update weekly routine performances

· Assist the performer in selection for optimal performance standards

· In charge of the admin of the performer including reporting to the management

· Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers

· Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters

Requirements

· Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia

· 2 to 3 years’ experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager

· Able to communicate well with the performers

· Has experience as Performer is a plus

· Knowledge of Mandarin Pop is advantageous

· Strong stage experience

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ability to maintain full set of accounts for few entities.

· Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions.

· Compile data and prepare monthly management reports.

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are

paid on timely basis

· Perform bank reconciliation

· Process cheques payments, deposits, etc.

· Responsible for monthly intercompany billings and reconciliation.

· Support monthly and year end closing activities.

· Maintain audit schedules.

· Knowledge of GST is an advantage.

· Assist in administrative work.

Requirements:

· Possess minimium LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent

qualification as well as prior experience in a similar role.

· Ability to work under pressure, meticulous, positive attitude, multi-task and

· Team player who is pro-active & self-motivated.

· Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· This position required effective communication with Chinese speaking clients
