Job Responsibilities : -

• Produce of BIM Model from Autocad.
• Produce Construction Sequence Animations
• Apply Building Information Modelling (BIM) across the project lifecycle.
• Perform standard BIM deliverables as per BEP, ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)
• Familiar with Singapore BIM guide and Singapore BIM Particular Condition by BCA and its implementation.
• Report daily activities and BIM progress.

Job Description:

· The position will be stationed in HQ to support the tender submission.

· Review Tender specifications and drawings.

· Prepare the Programme/critical parth/MP Histogram/S Curves etc for tender submission.

· Prepare the programme narrative

· Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment and prepare the resources related tender submission.

· Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables and develop the mitigate measures.

Job Requirement:

• PEB Recognised Degree in related field.
