Principal Consultants are expected to be have specialist expertise in one of the following consulting practice areas: Compliance, Equity, Fixed Income, Investment Solutions, Technology, Wealth Management or Project Management.
• Experience supporting or implementing investment management solutions within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager or wealth management firm. Experience with order management and compliance solutions is especially valuable.
• Advanced knowledge of fixed income or equity financial instruments. Experience with investment management or wealth management work flows. Solid understanding of derivatives and FX instruments.
• Basic command of SQL and understanding of relational databases. Familiarity with FIX or similar protocols is a plus. Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting packages is a plus.

The Business Operations Intern/Co-op will work directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and the Head of Business Operations for Revenue. Our software engineering team is made up of 170+ of the top Software and QA Engineers in the industry. The Intern will work with Salesforce, PowerBI and Sharepoint. The Intern will have exposure to the company’s CEO and CRO as well as other leadership within the company. Working within the office of the CEO, the Intern will work within an organization of 1,900+ employees with exposure to different aspects within the business.

The Intern will work directly with Marketing and Sales Operations to review, update and augment client and prospect data in Charles River’s Salesforce.com CRM system. The data updates will ensure that the system accurately maps the structure of large, complex financial organizations on a global basis. Alpha Platform is looking for an experienced risk manager to join their Business Risk Management (BRM) team. A candidate for this position is expected to work in a fast-paced environment akin to a commercial software company in order to meet the expectations of this rapidly growing business.
